WarSphere Patch 10.2256

Please note: Patch is only live for the full version (currently in prerelease). The demo does not get patched anymore, since it will be taken offline on public release on 15th of Feb. Reason: The base game will be free anyway, so there is no reason to play a demo with much less features when you can get the full base game for free.

Patch notes:
  • boss screen improvement
  • boss rooms now have paralax background starting from act 1 world boss / determined by act and/or elite/boss type
  • fixed visual glitch in final boss room
  • shortened profile text to avoid overshooting text on certain resolutions
  • removed all pre release info from game
  • fixed setting tooltip positioning bug
  • improved some achievement texts
  • inventory slot highlight will no longer highlight special chip slots in "easy" difficulty, since they will not be available on this difficulty
  • Settings - Added streamer mode: turns off menu background music
  • Settings - Added Music attribution with option to copy to clipboard to make it easier for streamers to give attribution to artists
  • Settings - added tooltips to certain settings

Patch 9.2248 live for demo and pre-release version

  • Improved inertia loss and screenshake on wall collision
  • HUD: HRU bar now displays gray instead of invisible when continuous HRU is equipped

Patch 9.2247

  • Starting a mission from transport mode while having unused upgrade items is now prevented, so no poor soul ever has to fight level 2 enemies with level 1 upgrades, again.
  • On item mouse over in inventory window, possible equipped slots are now highlighted + implemented game setting to turn it off
  • Moved increased inventory font size setting to HUD category

Patch 9.2246 (Community Feedback)

  • implemented screenshake on high velocity enemy and wall collisions
  • in case of GPU error on load, lazy load setting will be activated automatically
  • shortened some achievement descriptions
  • Mine drop ACM now has description.
  • renamed keybinding: teleport to exfil
  • when starting a new run, hull color and decals are randomized as well
  • prologue: player + NPC spheres also receive decals
  • added setting for adjusting 3D perspective
  • added setting for lazy load
  • added tooltips for more obscure settings
  • implemented lazy load as setting
  • improved horror level upgrade message: now shows keybindings for newly equipped weapons
  • toggle diagnostics now has a keybinding
