Rain down missiles, scorch enemy lines with energy beam cannons, unleash barrages from your moving fortress, or obliterate foes up close with axes, halberds, and swords. Mecha BREAK Global Storm Open Beta Concludes

The Mecha BREAK Open Beta Test will be ending on March 16, 2025, at 8:59 AM PT and account data will be cleared. We thank you for your participation and for the overwhelming amount of praise that our game has already received.

Anti-cheat stops Mecha BREAK running on Desktop Linux but works on Steam Deck

Here we go again. One game I was excited about was the upcoming Mecha BREAK, which currently has a playtest demo on Steam but they've added in anti-cheat.

A demo for the upcoming mecha PvP shooter, Mecha Break, has soared up the Steam charts, and it's not even out yet. An open beta / demo, which was released last night, has already hit a peak of 317,522 players. That's a lot of mecha fans!
