Release Date Announced: 28. April!

We are happy to finally reveal the release date for Skogdal: 28. April!

Release languages and demo takedown

Localization for our 8 release languages are now ready: English, 简体中文, Русский, Español, Português, Deutsch, Français and Norsk.

If are able to afford it/the game does well, we plan to include additional languages in the future, so if you miss yours, let us know!



Demo Takedown: We are planning to disable the demo for the game at the end of next week, so if you are currently sitting on it, and want to try it, please do so before Sunday 13.



We are also working on release date announcement and final trailer for the game, more news very soon!

Light at the end of the tunnel





Hello everyone, we hope you're doing well!

From the development team of Skogdal (my brother and I), this week we passed major milestones of development, there is light at the end, only a couple of months remaining!







I finished implementing all the cards, 329 is the number of this beast, pretty wild!

I have been experimental, drawing inspiration from Magic the Gathering



My brother also finished drawing the last locations and events for the game, we got some spicy twists and surprises waiting for you!





We finished music production with our amazing collaborator: death metal musician Anders Odden, along with one of his punk band projects: Onkel $.





Next up; we will wrap up texts and narrative for the game, send it for localization and translations. There is a lot of various art assets that needs to be finished, and then there is a couple of remaining features that needs to be implemented to ensure the whole game is tied together.

We also got more testing to do and an announcement of release date, more on that later!
