① The role is not distributed to your account
② The category or channels have not been selected in the setting page

① Role distribution
Select "Channels & Roles" in the top left corner of Discord screen, and then select "Vivid World" in the questionnaire that appears. You should be able to view the English channels related to Vivid World.

② Category selection
Select "Channels & Roles" in the top left corner of Discord screen, and then select "Channel list" tab that appears on the top.
Click the check box in the right side of each channel tab to make it appear on the dashboard's channel list.


If you cannot find the channel after following the steps above, mention the MOD Penelope anytime at "Discord Support"!
