We would like to inform you about the current issues identified in the game.

The causes of these issues are being investigated and fixed, and we are doing our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

[h3]⚙️Current Known Issues:[/h3]
- An issue in which the ‘Hall of Souls’ dungeon entry button does not work.
* You must have Soul Stones in your inventory to enter the ‘Hall of Souls’.
* If Soul Stones are in your storage or safe bag, you will not be able to enter the ‘Hall of Souls’.
- An issue in which you are unable to delete or block friends.
- An issue in which a pop-up message saying "User is not online" appears when inviting a player to the dungeon.
- An issue in which a "Invitation Declined" message appears when inviting a user who is in another party.
- An issue in which a "Party member has left the party" message occasionally appears during random matchmaking.
* The message appears, but matchmaking is proceeding normally, and party members will be displayed in the UI once loading is complete.
- An issue in which random matchmaking is not working on the NA server.
- An issue in which a DirectX 12 error message prevents the game from being played.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and are committed to ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
