• Hall of Fame: Celebrate your achievements with our new Hall of Fame feature, which tracks your performance across seasons. See how you stack up and revisit your proudest moments. Data from Season 1 and Season 2 will be preserved, ensuring your past achievements remain intact!
  
• Stats Page: Track your Ticket to Ride numbers, from your longest Win Streak to your Total Time Played. More stats to be added in an upcoming update!
  
• Invite Friends Button: Play with friends in online and asynchronous game modes.
  
• Several Bug Fixes.

Our players said, 'Come to Brazil', and we did! The game is now available in Brazilian Portuguese! Now even more players can join us as we aim to better serve our amazing global community.

Greetings Travellers!

It's time for the very first Ticket to Ride Discord Tournament! Get ready to showcase your strategic skills, compete against fellow players, and fight for the ultimate prize—a Round the World Ticket for the 1st place winner! 🌍🎟️

Finalists will also receive the prestigious Rail Master Discord role! 🤩

[h3]🗓️ Date: August 9th[/h3]
[h3]🕑 Time: 2 PM GMT+1[/h3]
[h3]📅 Brackets: To be defined based on the number of registered players.[/h3]
[h3]🗺️ Maps: All games will be played in the base USA map for this tournament.[/h3]

[h2]📌 How it will work:[/h2]

• Register: Click the register button in the Events channel of our Discord Server to secure your spot.
  
  • Registration Deadline: Participants must register by 9am on August 9th GMT+1 to join the tournament.
    
  • Tourney Bot: If necessary, we'll create several "events" for players to register, since the bot has a limit of 16 players per event. These will be tagged "Reg1", "Reg2", etc. Players will all be put together and shuffled in the end, so it doesn't matter which one you register in.
    
• 
  Brackets: Players will be divided into brackets and added to a private Discord Game Channel with their opponents.
  
• Match Setup: Matches will be set up by one of the participants selected by the Admins. Players will then receive instructions on how to join the game.
  
• Match Reporting: Players must report their match results to the Admins immediately after each match
  

[h2]⛔ Rules:[/h2]

• Fair Play: All participants are expected to play fairly and respectfully. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or any form of unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in disqualification.
  
• Respect: All participants must treat each other with respect. Harassment, abusive language, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
  
• Punctuality: Players must be on time for their matches. Failure to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will result in a forfeit.
  
• Technical Difficulties: In the event of technical difficulties, players must immediately notify the Admins. The Admins will decide on a course of action.
  
• Violation of Rules: Any player found to be in violation of these rules will be disqualified from the tournament.
  
• Rule Changes: The organizers reserve the right to modify these rules at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

We're thrilled to share some exciting news! Our roadmap for Q3 and Q4 of this year has been updated, and we have some fantastic updates and features coming your way.

Your support and feedback have been invaluable, and we're committed to providing you with the best gaming experience. Here’s what we’ve got for you until the end of the year:

• Hall of Fame: See your position and try to get into the Top 10 of all time!
  
  • The stars earned in older seasons will gradually decay, giving newer players who join over time a shot at the top!
• Player Stats: Track your Ticket to Ride numbers, from your longest Win Streak to your Total Time Played.
  
  • These will start from 0 in the next update, and will not be counted retroactively.
• Legendary Asia Expansion: Explore Mountain Routes and a new End Game Bonus!
  
• Cross-play with Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch: Play with friends across different platforms for more fun!
  
  • Switch is not yet released, but it should be available soon.

[h3]Q4 2024:[/h3]

• Companion App: Play on the same big screen but with each player keeping their tickets secret on their own mobile device!
  
• San Francisco Expansion: Discover the vibrant and historic routes of San Francisco, available in digital format for the first time!
  
• Revamped Results Page: Enjoy a more detailed and visually appealing summary of each game.
  
• Switzerland Expansion: Challenge yourself with the intricate routes of Switzerland!

Additionally, experience smoother gameplay with our commitment to ongoing bug fixes and patch notes.



We remain dedicated to enhancing and expanding Ticket to Ride for years to come, maintaining our long-standing tradition of nurturing our games. While our development plans might shift to adapt to new challenges and opportunities, the voices and preferences of our community will always be integral in guiding the future of the game.

The India Expansion has brought amazing new challenges, and we want to see the wonderful mandalas you’re making on Ticket to Ride to earn the Mandala Bonus! 🪷

Earn at least three of the six new achievements available from the India Expansion, take a screenshot of one of your stunning mandala routes, and you could be in with a chance to win a Round the World Ticket for you or a friend! Alternatively, you can gift the base game to a friend as your prize.

Here are the achievements you can aim for to enter the competition:

• Mandala Apprentice: Form your first Mandala
  
• Coastal Circle: Form a Mandala that uses at least two ferry routes
  
• Golden Circle: Form a Mandala that includes Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur
  
• Exclusive Loop: Win on the India map while stopping all opponents from scoring a Mandala bonus
  
• India Express: Win on the India map without a Mandala bonus
  
• Mandala Maharaja: Win on the India map while earning a 40 point Mandala bonus
  
  

Once you've submitted your screenshot, all qualified contestants will be entered into a random draw. The winner will be selected at random from the pool of contestants.
