Our team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring you the latest improvements and enhancements to your favourite railway adventure. Today, we are thrilled to share Ticket to Ride Patch 1.1.2. Let’s take a look at the exciting updates this patch brings:

  • Achievements! We know that many of you have been eagerly awaiting this feature. We're excited to be able to recognise and celebrate your strategic triumphs, and this is the perfect way to do just that!
  • Your train cards now move down to indicate that it's not your turn.
  • More consistent button placement when claiming routes, to ensure the buttons are never offscreen.
  • New turn timer visuals!
  • Tweaked turn timer durations (blitz and async modes).
  • Added a greater variety of trains to the main menu animation.
  • The destination ticket display will now respect the fact that stations can only be used to share a single route when marking tickets as completed with stations.
  • Memory and performance optimisations for the main menu.
  • Fixed a camera zoom issue when resuming a game.
  • Fixed various lobby issues which caused some users problems when their internet connection was unstable
  • Fixed reconnection issues which sometimes caused problems for opponents

We’re excited to bring you the latest update for Ticket to Ride, featuring several fixes and improvements based on your valuable feedback. As always, thank you for your active engagement in the community!

  • New camera controls! Experience the game from every angle and take control by zooming in and out on the map.
  • AI opponents can now be added to Online With Friends (OWF) mode again.
  • Added greater map pin variety to handle cases where a player has lots of incomplete destination tickets.
  • Enhanced track colours so they can be more easily seen on the maps.
  • Fixes for disconnection issues in multiplayer games.
  • Fixes for issues causing game interruptions and invalid moves.
  • Improved handling of network issues mid-game for seamless reconnection.
  • Fixes to lobby-related issues, including colour conflicts and incorrect status text.
  • Improved AI behaviour, specifically in the Europe map.
  • Fixes for an issue preventing players from reopening their destination tickets panel.
  • Fixes for issues with bubble chat, friend requests and invites.

We've been closely listening to your concerns regarding multiplayer disconnection issues, and we want to assure you that your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. In response to these concerns, we've temporarily disabled AI opponents in Online With Friends (OWF) games to isolate and address this issue. This measure aims to enhance the overall stability of the game as we work on a fix.

  • Fixed the issue with AI attempting to pick a card from an invalid card pile.
  • Fixed an issue with quick game mode which could put you into an empty game.
  • Fixed several issues that could cause disconnections for players in multiplayer mode.
  • Fixed the issue that could prevent you from re-entering a game where one of your opponents had previously disconnected.
  • Fixed several issues that could result in illegal moves being recorded in multiplayer matches.
  • Fixed several issues that could result in moves being made for the player before their timer has expired.
  • Fixed several issues that could cause the game to get stuck at initial ticket selection.
  • Fixed issues with the previous resign logic implementation.
