The 05/29 Update is nearly upon us and before it arrives, we wanted to give you a brief preview of the update’s content.
Bluebell, the fifth Enchanted Warrior of the Shadows of Dark Nights, who has lost all memories as a side effect of experiments gone wrong, comes to ASTRA: Knights of Veda. Though she lives in constant fear of what she has become, she becomes completely uncontrollable once she enters a frenzied state.
Coming with Bluebell is a rework of the long-forgotten Sealed Prison content! A specific prison will now open daily according to the day of the week, clearing which will grant you materials for “Goddess’s Blessing,” a buff that will enhance stats based on the Role.
We’ve also made careful adjustments to four Knights of Veda, making sure they’re all relevant to the game’s evolving meta, in addition to making all 5★ Weapons now eligible for Mythic Promotion.
Finally, in response to player feedback, we’ve cooked up new events for everyone. Need more gold? A Double Rewards event for Calydon’s Hideout will be held, alongside one for Arena Survival! Blessing in Adventure/Nightmare, which already gives you double the rewards, will now have their daily use doubled also!

■ Knights of Veda[/h3]

“I'm sorry... Die, please die!!!”In the dark of the night, follow the sound of weeping and you will find a slender girl muttering to herself. "S-Sorry... I-I'm so sorry..." She has forgotten everything in the constant experiments inflicted upon her and now remembers nothing but the word "Bluebell.” Once the most noble young lady in the kingdom, dreaming a dream full of hope, she now wants only one thing. Not to be punished, never to be dragged back into that terrible pain again.[/h3]
- Bluebell is a Blood-type Melee Support who uses a Greatsword that inflicts [Increased Blood DMG] on enemies she hits, with a random chance to inflict the [Bleed] status effect.
- Her Normal Skill slashes enemies in front of her three times, applying the [This Will Hurt a Little] debuff on the enemy. This debuff applies [Increased Blood DMG] to the enemy alongside increased Tenacity ATK and Melee-based DMG from Bluebell’s Allies.
- Her Signature Skill has her slash down with a giant sword made of blood, dealing AoE damage to enemies in front of her and applying the [Now Please Die] debuff on enemies hit. This debuff applies [Increased Blood DMG] to the enemy alongside an [ATK Bonus] and [Bonus DMG to Bleeding Enemy] from Bluebell’s Allies.
- “Bluebell” alongside her Signature Weapon “Blood Flower Sword” can be obtained via Call of the Stars. While her Signature Halo “Dreadful Halo” and her Signature El Cid “El Cid of Lost Name” can be obtained via “Mark of the Sworn Loyalty” and “Fragments of the Painting” respectively, which can be found on the “Guidance of the Goddess” menu.
- Check out Bluebell and her abilities all the while earning rewards in the “Journey in Memory” event.
- To celebrate her addition to the game, the “Fateful Encounter” login event will offer a set of valuable rewards, including Radiance and Mystical Chromatics.
* 5★ Knight of Veda Asha splashes back into action.
* The leader of the Shadows of Dark Nights and the last escort guard of the “Oirat,” Asha splashes back into action.
- Asha is a Water-attribute DPS who grants and stacks “Sea Shard” with every hit on an enemy. When “Sea Shard” reaches a certain number of stacks, they create a “Sea Maelstrom”, drawing enemies in the area to the center and dealing heavy DMG.
- Asha alongside her Signature Weapon “String of Blue Sky” can be obtained via Call of the Stars. While her Signature Halo “Covenant Halo” and her Signature El Cid “El Cid of Silent Resolve” can be obtained via “Mark of the Sworn Loyalty” and “Fragments of the Painting” respectively, which can be found on the “Guidance of the Goddess” menu.

■ Sealed Prison rework finally unsealed![/h3]
* The oft-forgotten Sealed Prison is now getting its deserved rework.
- The reworked Sealed Prisons can be accessed via the “Sealed Prison” button on the Belle Menu, through the Adventure Guide, or as before, by going through the respective Sealed Prison on the Adventure Zones.
- The new Sealed Prison consists of seven dungeons, with each being available only during a specific day, which you can check on the main Sealed Prison screen where you can also check the current Blessing Level for each Sealed Prison.
※ What’s a Blessing then? Sit tight as we explain it in its own section.
- Each Sealed Prison has a recommended attribute and can be challenged either as a “Normal Battle” or “Squad Battle”
- The difficulty level changes depending on the Sealed Prison’s Blessing Level, with a higher difficulty however comes more rewards. Stuck on a certain level? You can adjust the level you wish to challenge by selecting your desired level at the preparation menu. The “Sweep” feature will also be unlocked once the level has been cleared at least once.
- You can challenge up to three (3) times a day, with additional attempts available by using your Starstones or Rubies.
- Clearing a Sealed Prison grants “Goddess’s Blessing Enhancement Stones” which can be used to strengthen a Goddess’s Blessing alongside a healthy amount of Gold.
- Accessories that were previously obtainable from Sealed Prisons can now be acquired through the Equipment Store starting from 06/01 06:00 AM (UTC) / 05/31 11:00 PM (PDT), with Accessory Ascension Materials being obtainable from the Portrait of Thierry Shop. (Updated 05/29 08:50 AM UTC / 01:50 AM PDT)
- The “Sealed Prison Pass” which can be accessed via the button on the upper left of the selection screen, allows you to earn more “Goddess Blessing Enhancement Stones” in addition to other rewards by completing missions. The Sealed Prison Pass will be available starting on June 01.

■ Goddess’s Blessing[/h3]
* Enhance each Goddess’s Blessing by using the Goddess’s Blessing Enhancement Stones obtained from the Sealed Prisons.
- At the bottom of the Sealed Prison selection screen, you’ll find buttons to enhance each of the seven (7) types of Goddess’s Blessing. Each Goddess’s Blessing provides a permanent stat boost based on the Knight of Veda’s role.
- In the Goddess’s Blessing Enhancement screen, you can use the Goddess's Blessing Enhancement Stones to strengthen the Blessing of your choice. As you enhance a Blessing, it’ll grant more powerful effects but in turn raise the level of each Sealed Prison, allowing you to earn greater rewards.

■ New Features & Balance Adjustments[/h3]
*All Legendary (★5) weapons can now be upgraded to Mythic (★6).
- Following the previous update, every (yes, all) Legendary (★5) weapon can now be upgraded to Mythic (★6).
- Complete specific missions tied to each weapon to unlock Mythic Promotion to gain increased base stats and an additional Mythic skill.
* Some Knights of Veda are getting upgrades!
- In this update, the Knights of Veda Death Crown, Asha, Vesti, and Gabi will be adjusted.
- Going forward, we plan to make these Knight of Veda adjustments more regularly through our monthly updates.
* The DMG of Damage over Time (DoT) effects – Burn, Bleed, and Shock – will be increased.- To improve the overall utility of DoT effects, the DMG dealt by Burn, Bleed, and Shock will be increased by 50%.
- As with the changes above, we will continue to monitor and adjust these values in future updates.

■ Events and Seasonal Content[/h3]
* Double the Calydon, double the Gold! The Calydon’s Blessing event will be there to sate your hunger for Gold!
- We’ve heard you pleas for more gold, that’s why we’ve cooked up this event that’ll make you earn double than you usually would.
- During the event period, your Calydon’s Hideout rewards will be doubled!
- The Calydon Blessing event will be held from after the maintenance on 05/29 until 06/12 03:00 AM UTC / 06/11 08:00 PM PDT.
* Double the times you can double the rewards! Adjustments to Blessing in Adventure!
- “Blessing in Adventure” will be adjusted to now be able to double the rewards you receive from Adventure Stages from eight (8) times a day to sixteen (16) times.
- The “Blessing in Adventure” event will be held from after the maintenance on 05/29 until 06/12 03:00 AM UTC / 06/11 08:00 PM PDT.
* Not to be beat, Blessing in Nightmare does the double thing also!
- “Blessing in Nightmare” will be adjusted to now be able to double the rewards you receive from Veda’s Nightmare Stages and Nightmare of the Abyss from two (2) times a day to four (4) times!
- The “Blessing in Adventure” event will be held from 06/12 06:00 AM UTC / 06/11 11:00 PM PDT until before the maintenance on 06/26.
* A new event comes your way! Introducing “Blessing in the Battlefield!”
- During the event period, rewards from Arena Survival will be doubled!
- The “Blessing in the Battlefield” event will be held from after the maintenance on 05/29 until before the maintenance on 06/26.
- A “Survival Pass” will be introduced and be available in two phases during the event period. You can access it via the button on the bottom of the Arena Survival screen or on the “Guidance of the Goddess” screen. If you purchase the Survival Pass Goddess’s Reward Decree and complete the missions, you will earn the “Gem of All Things,” allowing you to select a Mythic Gem of your choice with the highest possible stat.
* Join the ‘Simon’s Amazing Gifts’ event! Work together with your Guild members to defeat treasure chests and claim exciting rewards.- The “Simon’s Amazing Gifts” event can be participated in every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 08:00 PM during the event period, at the Guild Territory.
- Various rewards can be obtained from this event, and for this current iteration: the new mascot “Rocker” can be earned.
- “Simon’s Amazing Gifts” will run from 06/05 to 06/22.
* A new “The Fruits of Adventure” Daily Attendance event is upon us!- Receive various rewards depending on the number of days you logged in.
- “The Fruits of Adventure” event will run from 06/01 06:00 AM UTC / 05/31 11:00 PM PDT to 07/01 06:00 AM UTC / 06/30 11:00 PM PDT.
* A new Reward Decree season will start.- The new Reward Decree season will begin on 06/01 06:00 AM UTC / 05/31 11:00 PM PDT, and will run until 06/30 06:00 AM UTC / 06/29 10:00 PM PDT
- Starting from this new Reward Decree season, missions related to the Sealed Prison will now be Weekly Missions instead of Daily.
* A new season of Arena will begin.- During this Arena Season, you can earn rewards such as Emotes and Insignia based on your progress.
- This Arena Season will end before the regular maintenance on 06/26.
* A new season of Portrait of Thierry will be starting.- After the maintenance, the attributes of the monsters on each floor of Portrait of Thierry will be changed.
- The new Portrait of Thierry season will end before the regular maintenance on 06/26.
* A new season of “Beast Battlefront” arrives.- The dynamic duo of “Nec” and “Roderick” is in the new Beast Battlefront season as the featured boss!
- "Beast Battlefront" content will be held twice during the season. The schedule is as follows:
• 1st Round:
- From 05/29 06:00 AM UTC / 05/28 11:00 PM PDT to 06/10 06:00 AM UTC / 06/09 11:00 PM PDT
- Results will be tallied until 06/12 06:00 AM UTC / 06/11 11:00 PM PDT
• 2nd Round:
- From 06/12 06:00 AM UTC / 06/11 11:00 PM PDT to 06/24 06:00 AM UTC / 06/23 11:00 PM PDT
- Results will be tallied until 06/26 06:00 AM UTC / 06/25 11:00 PM PDT

■ Bug Fixes[/h3]
- An issue where the Collection entry for “Lord of the Skies White Hell” was not displaying correctly will be fixed.
- An issue where the Veda’s Nightmare for Adventure Zone Chapter 9 would not unlock even after clearing all the stages in it will be fixed.
- An issue where the Daily Charging Cap bar still gets displayed when recharging Adventurer’s Shoes even though the user has no Rubies will be fixed.
- An issue where the search results in the Tutorial Collection would not display video-based content properly will be fixed.
- An issue where the Veda’s Nightmare stages on the Adventure Guide were incorrectly categorized will be fixed.
