- An issue where Arena rankings and scores failed to update in certain situations will be fixed.
- An issue causing the wagon on the Special Supply Delivery Operation Event to occasionally stop moving will be fixed.
- An issue where the Continue notification pop-up that appears when you select "Start from the beginning" on Portrait of Thierry is displayed incorrectly will be fixed.

■ Guild Progress Rewards Compensation

- The issue where Guild Progress rewards could be claimed multiple times in certain situations has been fixed through the 9/19 Patch and Guild Medals and Starstones will be distributed accordingly.
- Eligibility Criteria: Masters of the Book who have received Guild Progress Rewards at least once during the eligibility period.
- Eligibility Period:
· September 19, 2024, 06:00 AM - September 23, 2024 02:59 PM (UTC)
· September 18, 2024, 11:00 PM - September 23, 2024 07:59 AM (PDT)
- Individual compensation:
· If you earned fewer than 840 Guild Medals during the specified period, additional Guild Medals will be provided to make up the difference from the amount you already received.
· If you earned fewer than 480 Starstones during the specified period, additional Starstones will be provided to make up the difference from the amount you already received.
(ex. If you have only received Guild Medals x100 and Starstones x80 during the eligibility period: Guild Medals x740 and Starstones x400 will be sent.)

■ How to Obtain the Rewards
* Access Belle Menu → Mail → Receive Items
* The mail and items will expire within 7 days.
* Make sure to log in to the game during the distribution period in order to obtain the rewards.
* If you cannot find the rewards in your mail, please restart the game.

■ Notes
* During the maintenance, both PC and Mobile versions will be inaccessible, as well as the Coupon page.
* Maintenance time may be subject to change depending on circumstances. Any changes will be announced via this notice.
* To ensure that your game data remains safe, please make sure to close the game before maintenance begins.

[h3]■ Patch Details[/h3]
- The changes made on how ‘Reducing Incoming DMG’ is applied, introduced on the 9/12 Update have been found to function differently than intended and has been fixed.
: Due to this, an increase in difficulty for some content has been reported. It has been adjusted to ensure damage levels are similar to those before the 9/12 Update.
- An issue where the set effect of the “Forlorn Poison Researcher” Relic set, which was changed in the 9/12 Update, was found to not apply correctly to monsters in the “Ancient Golden City” and on “Portrait of Thierry” has been fixed.
: Has been adjusted to ensure a similar Damage Over Time (DoT) effect as before the 9/12 Update.
- The issue where the settings for “Enable/Disable Strong ATK by Knight of Veda” were not being saved when clicking the checkbox has been fixed.

We have been tasked with transporting supplies through an area still infested with the undead, to a temporary outpost where the Knights of Boden await.

Safely and swiftly deliver the precious supplies to the temporary outpost to get various rewards!

■ Event Period
* September 12, 2024, After the Maintenance - October 2, 2024 Maintenance

■ How to Participate
* Complete Chapter 5, Stage 4, and the world mission "Remarkable skill Ⅰ"
* You can participate by clicking "Join" on the "Special Supply Delivery Operation" event page within "Guidance of the Book."

■ Event Details
* Escort the carriage to the designated destination within the time limit before the supply count reaches zero.
* After clearing the previous stage, you will be able to challenge the next one.

■ Event Rewards
* Rewards for the "Special Supply Delivery Operation" event are determined based on the time remaining upon completing the supply transport.
* If you complete all stages within 300 seconds, you will receive an additional "Potion of Sunset."
* You can check the target times and rewards in the "Challenge Goals" section at the bottom right of the Special Supply Delivery Operation stage screen.
