● Purpose of Revision :
- To separately list the personal information collection items and the consigned companies for each game service.
- To make it convenient to review previous versions of the Personal Information Policy.

● Main Revisions :
- The main revisions are as follows. Please refer to the updated Personal Information Processing Policy for more details.
- Article 3: Processed Personal Information
- Classify and list personal information items processed by each game service.
- Article 5: Entrustment of Personal Information
- Classify and list personal information items processed by each game service.
- Article 6: International Transfer of Personal Information
- Classify and list the overseas transfer process and status for each game service.
- ‘Notice Regarding External Transmission’ has been moved to the ‘2-3. Japan’ section.
- Previous versions of the Privacy Policy can now be accessed through the selection menu at the top of the page, allowing access to both the consolidated policy and the individual policies for each service.

The revised integrated Privacy Policy will be effective as of July 24, 2024. If you do not agree with the revisions, you may request to withdraw your membership from the game service.

After the regular maintenance on 7/18, we observed a trend indicating that the difficulty of the Portrait of Thierry had unexpectedly increased. Upon thorough investigation, we confirmed that the resistance of the monsters in the Portrait of Thierry had increased compared to the previous week.

This issue was not intentional. It happened because some data from our monster balance review was mistakenly included in the live version. We plan to adjust the difficulty back to its original level during the regular maintenance on 7/25.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We assure you that we will never change the game balance without informing our players first. To prevent this from happening again, we will carefully review the data included in future updates.

As a token of our apology, we plan to provide our Masters of the Book with Mystical Chromatics x200 during the maintenance on 7/25. The exact distribution schedule will be shared in the maintenance notice.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected issue.

- An issue where the HP of party members and monsters are not synchronized when going through a stage in Co-Op Mode will be fixed.
- An issue where the Book screen is glitching or is displayed abnormally will be fixed.
- An issue where the skill description for some skills are displayed incorrectly will be fixed.

- An issue where the ‘Black Mutation’ area is visible even though stage 12 has not been cleared for that zone has been fixed.
- An issue where the button for “Proceed to Call of the Oath” button in the “Heavenly Light, Halo” event does not work properly has been fixed.
- An issue where the English description of Aurora’s exclusive Halo used "El Cid" when it should have been "Halo" has been fixed.
- In the “Into the Portrait” event, the mission names for “Clear the (Adventure/Boss/Challenge) Zone” has been changed to “Challenge the (Adventure/Boss/Challenge) Zone”.
