We have received reports that some Masters of the Book are unable to see the reward mail that should have been distributed following the temporary maintenance on April 12th.

We are currently identifying the cause of this issue and are in the process of making corrections, which will be applied to the servers promptly.

Once the update is applied, all affected users should be able to see the reward mail appear in their mailboxes, and will be able to collect their items without any further issues.

Through in-game messages, social media, and our official website, we've tried to keep you informed about the content and event schedules of ASTRA: Knights of Veda.

Based on user metrics and trends from various communities since launch, we aim to offer you more special and diverse experiences. As such, we kindly ask for your understanding as we plan to change the update cycle for future content and events as follows:

Dates for various events and content updates will be altered.

- The first regular update scheduled for April 25th will now take place on April 18th. This adjustment has been made to swiftly improve aspects of the game you may have found inconvenient.

- The renewal dates for the Tower of Trials and the Quest Reset will be extended by 7 days. To allow more players to enjoy and sufficiently prepare for the Tower of Trials, its renewal cycle has been changed to 4 weeks. We will inform you in advance if there are adjustments to the renewal cycle in the future.

- The Arena season renewal date will be reduced by 7 days. With the "Crowns of Victory" acquisition amount increasing more than twofold and new content being added, we anticipate a lower difficulty in acquiring Crowns of Victory, prompting us to shorten the Arena season from 9 weeks to 8 weeks.

- The duration of the "Fateful Encounter" event will change from 6 weeks to 4 weeks. Following the end of this "Fateful Encounter" event, the next event will begin immediately. The event cycle has been adjusted so you can acquire attendance rewards more swiftly.

- The summoning periods for the Call of the Stars events "Black Sun" and "Veda's Gear" will be extended by 7 days. The period to acquire Xanthia will change from 3 weeks to 4 weeks, and the Call of the Stars event period will be set to 4 weeks thereafter.

- The "Journey in Memory" event period will be extended by 7 days. Corresponding to the Call of the Stars event period change, the Knight of Veda trial event period will also be adjusted to 4 weeks.

We apologize once again for the delay in addressing the various issues that have inconvenienced your gameplay experience since our launch.
The volume of issues and the potential side effects they could cause have necessitated careful and thus time-consuming corrections.

The maintenance on April 11th focused on addressing the most urgent issues and critical errors that could impact game balance, identified since our launch.

Despite our previous notice, we've had to make difficult decisions regarding errors causing some Knights of Veda to operate differently from our development intentions. These changes, we know, affect the gameplay you've become accustomed to, and after much deliberation, considering the long-term service of the game, we found it necessary to proceed with these corrections. Once more, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Going forward, we are committed to resolving errors as swiftly as possible and will continue to offer satisfactory service through regular character balance patches and updates.

We will announce the regular update schedule and further details shortly. We're closely examining all community feedback and game data related to character balance to align with a direction that you, our players, find reasonable.
Moreover, we will intensify our internal testing to prevent balance issues caused by bugs.

While we initially announced that the first regular update was scheduled for April 25th, we've opted to advance it to April 18th. Further details will be shared as soon as they're available.
