As the blazing heat of the summer sun arrived earlier this year,
We hope everyone is taking care of themselves.
And while the heat continues to shine, so does our quest to bring more new and fun content continue!
In this update, the tragic beauty Celestia makes her debut. Tormented by her quest to destroy both the enemies of the Lloyd Papal Court and the self she continues to believe is not worth saving, she works as both a Priest and Executioner. To her, whose worthless life was saved by mortals, gods do not exist.
This update will also introduce the new region "Trondheim," long awaited by many Masters of the Book. This new adventure zone will add 12 new adventure dungeons and one (1) nightmare dungeon for you to explore! This land, once the hope of humanity and the terror of beasts, now only has its frozen walls and ruins remaining, but the secrets slumbering within will stir an unexpected vortex of chaos.
In addition, a new Relic Auto-Dismantle feature will be introduced alongside options to hide pop-ups for a certain amount of time. For this update’s Knight adjustments, it’s Veleno, Aurora, Edward, and Albert’s time to shine.
In the realm of events, the Tower of Trials returns as a new seasonal event alongside the usual slate of events we have prepared for you. We have also prepared a new mascot for you to earn on Simon’s Amazing Gifts!

■ Knights of Veda[/h3]
* 5★ Knight of Veda Celestia begins her execution

She is both a priest and an executioner in the Lloyd Papal Court. Beneath her saintly appearance, she harvests souls with her poisonous touch
As a surviving sinner, she lives each day as if it were a self-imposed punishment. In a world in which she has lost faith, she offers prayers without believing in salvation. Amid condemnation and silence, she slowly erases herself[/h3]
- Celestia is a Poison-Attribute Melee Healer who uses a Great Axe. Her passive “Soul Harvest” allows her to heal the ally with the lowest health whenever she hits an enemy. Her Normal Skill “Soul Separation Ritual” deals damage to enemies in front of her and applies buffs such as Reduce DMG and Ignore RES to the rest of the party. Her Signature Skill, “Rest From Death,” inflicts AoE damage and grants the “Immortal” effect alongside Wound related buffs.
- “Celestia” alongside her Signature Weapon “Silent Stigmata” can be obtained via Call of the Stars. While her Signature “Soul Harvesting Halo” and her Signature El Cid “Silent Condemnation” can be obtained via “Mark of the Sworn Loyalty” and “Fragments of the Painting” respectively, which can be found on the “Guidance of the Goddess” menu.
* It’s not only her twin sister that can return from… somewhere, 5★ Knight of Veda Dorothea can do that too!
- With her twin sister dead under mysterious circumstances, Dorothea joins the Titans Army in her place to avenge it. She now returns once again to Call of the Stars to continue the work she started.
- Dorothea is a Fire-type Ranged DPS with a long gun (Large Bow) that inflicts [Mark] on enemies she hits. When she hits an enemy with [Mark], she removes the enemy's [Mark] and accumulates [Heat] for herself. When her accumulated [Heat] reaches max, she will enter the [Overheated] state and use a devastating explosive attack to destroy enemies.
- “Dorothea” alongside her Signature Weapon “Gemini” can be obtained via Call of the Stars. While her Signature Halo “Burning Halo” and her Signature El Cid “Facade of Serenity” can be obtained via “Mark of the Sworn Loyalty” and “Fragments of the Painting” respectively, which can be found on the “Guidance of the Goddess” menu.
* The Queen of Winter transforms into the Queen of Summer!
- A new Knight’s Robe, “Queen of the Summer Night” for Rhynara will now be available.
- As with the previous Knight’s Robe, while “Queen of the Summer Night” is equipped, Rhynara’s appearance will change, and her skill effects will be too to match the new look.
- A Name Card and Profile Icon will come with your purchase of the Knights Robe.

■ New Adventure Zone: Trondheim[/h3]
* A new Adventure Zone will be added to the game.
- At the northernmost edge of the Principality of Koren lies “Trondheim,” once the hope of humanity and a source of terror for Beasts, now a shattered ruin and a frozen monument to the its eventual fall.
- Masters of the Book who have cleared Chapter 9 of the Adventure Stages will immediately have access to this new region.
* The hunt for Veda’s Heart continues!
- As part of the new Adventure Zone, the quest for Veda’s Heart continues! By clearing these missions, you will be experiencing the exciting continuation of the main story all the while getting sweet rewards and achievement s along the way
* 12 new Dungeons await you in this new Adventure Zone!
- The new Adventure Zone will consist of 10 standard dungeons and 2 boss stages.
- We’ve ramped up the difficulty for these dungeons compared to those before it, don’t worry we’ve also increased the quality of the rewards to make beating these new stages even more worthwhile, alongside introducing new Achievements for you to strive towards!
- Ascension Materials can be obtained from the Boss stages alongside possible drops of the new Relic sets “The Fighting Girl” and “Warabu’s Genius Warrior!”

■ Challenge the new Nightmare stage![/h3]
* A new stage for Veda’s Nightmare and Nightmare of the Abyss will be added.
- After clearing the Lightning Nightmare Palace Nightmare stage, you will now be able to access the new “Nightmare Lift of Fall” Nightmare stage.
- Defeat Asha and obtain Weapon Ascension Materials as well as possibly the new Relic Sets, “Fighter Girl,” and “Warabu’s Genius Warrior.”
- Clear the Nightmare of the Abyss stage and you will have a chance to obtain Support Goddess’s Armor!

■ New Relic Sets![/h3]
* Two new Relic Sets, “Fighter Girl,” and “Warabu’s Genius Warrior” will be added to the game!
- These two new Relic Sets, like the rest of the currently existing sets, will have five (5) parts and will range from 3★ to 6★ in rarity.
- The Fighter Girl set focuses on Bleed DMG and has set effects that enhance the damage from your Signature Skill alongside the Bleed you inflict on enemies.
- The Warabu’s Genius Warrior set meanwhile focuses on Water-attribute DMG but also enhances your Crit DMG and Crit Rate when using Ranged Projectile attacks, with set effects focusing on AoE DMG.

■ Balance[/h3]
* Another set of four (4) Knights of Veda will be up for adjustments.
- In this update, the Knights of Veda Veleno, Aurora, Edward, and Albert will be adjusted.
- Going forward, we plan to make these Knight of Veda adjustments more regularly through our monthly updates.

■ Improvements[/h3]
* Improvements to the Relic Auto-Dismantle system
- You can access the Relic Auto-Dismantle settings via the Settings menu under the “Misc” tab or via the Dismantle option while in your Inventory.
- While in the settings screen, you will be able to select a minimum Relic Rarity to keep, Relics below the set Rarity will be automatically dismantled upon acquisition.
- Relics on or above the Rarity selected will then be checked if they satisfy any of the Main Options/Stats or Additional-Options/Stats you have selected. If the Relics don’t satisfy the options selected, they will be automatically dismantled.
- An icon beside the Additional Options label allows you to either Reset your Selection or use the Quick Apply function. When you use Quick Apply, it will automatically use the same selection on all five Main Options screens.
- As it is currently, Relics obtained from Call of the Stars, Shop, Mail, Crafting and from Tickets will be excluded from Auto-Dismantle.
- After this update, the Relic Dismantle Setting will be automatically adjusted to “Do Not Auto-Dismantle,” please make sure to check your account settings after the update.
* Make the popping Pop-Ups not pop! A new POPular request is now a feature!
- A new option to disable Pop-Ups from appearing for a period of a week will be added.
* A better experience awaits our Masters of the Book as we make your menu surfing a bit more smooth.
- Unnecessary pop-up UI elements that were displayed when entering Shadow Waters, Ancient Giant and Beast Battlefront have been removed. In addition, some UI labels have been moved to other areas of the menu to make more efficient use of the space.
- The Rewards screen that appears after clearing a stage in events such as Special Supply Delivery and Apparition’s Rush has been adjusted so that it will now automatically close after a certain amount of time instead of waiting for a deliberate selection of the confirm button to close.
* The Slow-Mo when you activate Overflowing Power of the Stars will be made… faster?- The duration of the slow-motion effect when using the Overflowing Power of the Stars will be decreased, allowing for a much smoother combat flow.

■ Tower of Trials[/h3]
* The Tower of Trials has returned, in the form of an event.
- The Tower of Trials event will run twice during the event period:
- 1st Period: July 31, 2025 after the maintenance - August 14, 2025 03:00 AM UTC / August 13, 2025 08:00 PM PDT
- 2nd Period: August 14, 2025 06:00 AM UTC / August 13, 2025 11:00 PM PDT - August 28, 2025 before the maintenance.
- During the active period, you can enter the Tower of Trials via the Celestial Trials icon on the World Map.
* Structure & Format
- The Tower of Trials is composed of twelve (12) Floors. Floors 1~4 will require one (1) party of Knights while Floors 5~12 will require two (2) parties of Knights.
- Each Floor contains three rooms, clearing all three allows you to proceed to the next floor.
- We’ve designed Floors 1~8 to be of manageable difficulty, while Floors 9~12 are designed with a higher difficulty in mind. Please take this into account as you tackle the new Tower of Trials!
* Buffs and Goddess’s Arrangement
- Each Floors grants a “Goddess’s Arrangement” buff to support you on your journey.
- Before entering each room, you can select one from a choice of three (3) Challenge Prayers to enhance your Knight’s abilities.
- Each floor has a recommended attribute, so building parties of Knight with that attribute will make your journey a much smoother one.
- Due to the increased difficulty of Floor 9~12, Mythic Skills of all Knights of Veda will be activated on those floors.
* A Tower of Trials means a Tower of Rewards.
- Clearing each room grants Trial Rewards,and completing challenge objectives grants additional Completion Rewards.
- During the event, completing missions will unlock the Tower of Trials Pass, which offers generous rewards. It will open twice, aligned with the event schedule.
- By purchasing the Goddess’s Reward Decree and completing missions, you can obtain the Unsullied Remnants of Relics.
* Unsullied Remnants of Relics
- This item allows you to select a relic with the highest possible stat values and desired options.
- You can choose the Mythical Relic’s set, part, main option, and sub options directly.
- It will be provided as a Level 20 Relic, and you can choose which sub option receives the enhancement value.
- All values will be applied at the current maximum possible stat.

■ Events and Seasonal Content[/h3]
* Join the ‘Simon’s Amazing Gifts’ event! Work together with your Guild members to defeat treasure chests and claim exciting rewards.
- The “Simon’s Amazing Gifts” event can be participated in every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 08:00 PM during the event period, at the Guild Territory.
- Various rewards can be obtained from this event, and for this current iteration: the new mascot “Truly Romantic Lady” can be earned.
- “Simon’s Amazing Gifts” will run from 08/07 to 08/24.
* A new “The Fruits of Adventure” Daily Attendance event is upon us!- Receive various rewards depending on the number of days you logged in.
- “The Fruits of Adventure” event will run from 08/01 06:00 AM UTC / 07/31 11:00 PM PDT to 09/01 06:00 AM UTC / 08/30 11:00 PM PDT.
* The "Blessing in Adventure" event is back to shower everyone with more rewards!- During the event period, you can earn double the rewards from Adventure Dungeons up to the daily limit.
- The double rewards event for Adventure Dungeons will run from after the 07/31 maintenance until 08/14 03:00 AM UTC / 08/13 08:00 PM PDT.
* The Calydon’s Blessing event will be there to sate your hunger for Gold!- During the event period, your Calydon’s Hideout rewards will be doubled!
- The Calydon Blessing event will be held from after the maintenance on 07/31 until 08/14 03:00 AM UTC / 08/13 08:00 PM PDT.
* Veda’s Nightmare deepens as the rewards for braving its halls increase, the “Blessing in Nightmare” event returns!- During the "Blessing in the Nightmare" event, you can earn double rewards from “Veda's Nightmare” and on “Nightmare of the Abyss” up to the daily limit.
- The "Blessing in the Nightmare" event starts on 08/14 06:00 AM UTC / 08/13 11:00 PM PDT and will end before the regular maintenance on 08/28.
* A new Reward Decree season will start.- The new Reward Decree season will begin on 08/01 06:00 AM UTC / 07/31 11:00 PM PDT, and will run until 09/01 06:00 AM UTC / 08/30 11:00 PM PDT
- When you purchase Neejarem’s Reward Decree you will be able to obtain up to Ruby x2,280, Crystal of Fate x30, Solvent of Prayer x2, and much more!
* A new season of Arena will begin.- During this Arena Season, you can earn rewards such as Emotes and Insignia based on your progress.
- This Arena Season will end before the regular maintenance on 08/28.
* A new season of Portrait of Thierry will be starting.- After the maintenance, the attributes of the monsters on each floor of Portrait of Thierry will be changed.
- The new Portrait of Thierry season will end before the regular maintenance on 08/28.
* A new season of Nightmare of the Abyss will be starting.- With the new season, a new set of Abyss Trials will be applied to each stage.
- The new Nightmare of the Abyss season will end before the regular maintenance on 08/28.
* A new season of “Beast Battlefront” arrives.- “Kurt, the Breath of Death” and his Enchanted Warriors breathe new life into this new Beast Battlefront season as the featured boss!
- "Beast Battlefront" content will be held twice during the season. The schedule is as follows:
- 1st Round: 07/31 06:00 AM UTC / 07/30 11:00 PM PDT ~ 08/12
- Settlement until 08/14 06:00 AM UTC / 08/13 11:00 PM PDT

* Virtuous Tokens
- The Virtuous Knight’s Token and the Virtuous Weapon’s Token instantly raises the level of a Knight of Veda or weapon to Level 100.
- The Virtuous Knight’s Token upgrades any Knight of Veda below Lv.100 to Lv.100 and boosts their skills to Lv.10 while the Virtuous Weapon’s Token upgrades any weapon below Lv.100 to Lv.100.
- Any resources used on leveling or skill upgrades prior to the usage of these Tokens will be fully refunded.

■ Bug Fixes[/h3]
- An issue where the applied value and the displayed value for Goddess’s Armor was different will be fixed.
- An issue where the Progress and Reward Information for Portrait of Thierry - Glorious Age was incorrectly displayed will be fixed.
- An issue where the Challenge Success screen for Portrait of Thierry - Glorious Age was incorrectly displaying the time required to clear as “0” will be fixed.
- An issue where the increased level value for Graces on the Collection for Portrait of Thierry - Glorious Age was incorrectly displayed will be fixed.
- An issue where the weapons were not properly sorted by their rarity on the Call of the Stars result screen will be fixed.
- An issue where the ways to acquire “Splinter from the History,” an item used in Accessory Crafting, were not being displayed will be fixed.
- An issue where “Retribution” was not being applied when it should be on the first stage of Aurora’s Strong ATK will be fixed.
- An issue where Tenacity does not increase during Overflowing Power of the Stars will be fixed.
- An issue where an error pop-up would sometimes appear when selecting certain icons on Reward Decree will be fixed.
- An issue where the Electric Wound effect applied by Marthel was incorrectly applying an increase in Base DMG received instead of increasing the Electric DMG dealt will be fixed.
- An issue where the Mythical Skill of Xanthia was incorrectly capped to 50% will be fixed.
