First of all, we want to THANK YOU for trying out the Prologue version of the game and giving us all the feedback we needed! Your comments and discussion brought light to things we need to add, fix, adjust, to make your experience the best there is.

And this is what this devlog will ultimately be about, the community's feelings about the Prologue. We read your suggestions, we watched your youtube videos, we looked upon your comments, reviews and various labors of love. Most of the points included are based on what you shared and what we wanted to do to make your lives easier. So this devlog and contents are just as much a product of your work and passion as ours. 💞

[h3]We’ve got big news – and it’s coming straight to your ears. 👂💥[/h3]

[h3]Thanks to your feedback about the AI placeholder voice in the free Prologue, we decided not to wait any longer. We're thrilled to introduce the real voice of Deconstruction Simulator:

🎤 Nick Atlas – a pro voice actor whose work you might’ve heard in Dune: Spice Wars, Cultic, Spotify ads, and even Chevrolet.[/h3]

In the Prologue and Full Version of the game Nick brings life, personality, and a bit of attitude to both our protagonist and the grumpy boss from the beginning of the game. The difference is night and day – trust us, you'll hear it immediately.

This isn’t just a patch. It’s a major upgrade to the feel of the whole experience for that what's is waiting for you in the Full Version of the Deconstruction Simulator


🔧 What else is new?

• Non-AI voice acting by Nick Atlas!
  
• More optimization work, mainly related to lighting and physics
  
• Significantly improved Low settings preset, allowing better optimization for lower-end hardware
  
• Adjusted furniture destruction system when using a sledgehammer to be more satisfying
  
• Adjusted Korean translation
  
• Modified lighting inside houses
  
• Changed the visuals of some of the pickable pictures
  
• Fixed scanner-related issues

🚧 About AI VO
We would also like to address a matter that many of you have raised - the use of AI VO. In our free Prologue, we have used AI VO. However, we realize that we did not communicate this clearly enough on Steam page. We would like to point out that AI VO was only used temporarily in the free Prologue version.

We believe that working with real artists is important for both our game and the industry as a whole. We assure you that the voices of the characters in the full version of the game are created with real human talent behind the microphone.

🚧 Upcoming updates
Additionally, we would like to inform you that the first update to Prologue will be released soon, which will fix bugs and include game improvements.

The updates will include the quality of life features you've been asking for, including mouse invert, FOV slider and many other important changes.

What's more, we will also disable the penalty system in the Prologue so that you can get a stress-free look at the content we have prepared for you.

We also confirm that the Full Version of the game will include two modes: with and without penalties system. Thus, everyone will be able to customize the experience to their own preferences.
