Nah, just kidding! Hehe, yes, everything is totally fine. We’ve got some exciting news about the future of Be My Horde coming soon, so stay tuned! But to make the wait a little sweeter, we’d like to share a new video devlog with you!

To be honest, we wanted to release this video much earlier, around the time of our last major update. But we were so focused on polishing the patch—and later, on improving it based on your feedback—that we didn’t have time to finish the video. Well, now it’s finally here! In this devlog, we dive into the perk system. Why did we decide to introduce it? What were the main challenges? How did we approach the design? And were we terrified about changing how you play Be My Horde?

💀 Fixed the bug with Moriana randomly getting hurt;
💀 Visual fixes to the tier 3 of the Bonds of Torment perk;
💀 Fixed the bug with the repetitive perks.

💀 Fixed the size and visibility of the special units resurrected through the Dark Rebirth perk;
💀 Changed the description "Unlock new perk to chose" to "Unlocks new powerful perks to choose from as you level up";
💀 Balance tweaks:
- Corpse Explosion percentage damage nerf (1%-> 0.5%);
- Corpse Explosion Tier 2 is now weaker (double damage -> +50% damage);
- Storytellers (2-> 1 Priest every minute);
- One Death Circle Tier 2 is now Tier 3;
- Wooly Warrior instant summons more sheep (6-> 8);
💀 Added info about "Spell Damage" to perks descriptions.

💀 Fixed the crash caused by the Bonds of Torment perk;
💀 Changed the cost and time of unlocking a few structures in The Dominion;
💀 Major balance changes and tweaks:
- At 31:00, a new, stronger wave of mages appears;
- Corpse Explosion Tier 2 changed to Tier 3;
- Wooly Boomer Tier 2 (sheep surround) is now an instant perk;
- Wooly Boomer Tier 2 (sheep spawner) spawns 2->1 Sheep every minute;
- Undead Brigade (Knights) - a new weaker version of the perk (4-6 units) added to the game. The old version is still available;
- Undead Brigade (Cavalry) - a new weaker version of the perk (3-6 units) added to the game. The old version is still available;
- Circle of Death timer was changed. Peasants, Warriors, and Cavalry spawn earlier;
- Aura of Decay Tier 2 (Increased Range) changed to Tier 3;
- Life Steal is now split into 3 tiers (1%->2%->3%);
- Three buildings (free perk, self-resurrection, types of resurrection) are unlocked by different levels of the main building (Abomination - the bloody tree);
- Mass Resurrection has slowed circle growth and slowed movement.
