Get ready for a challenge where a broom is just as important as an Excel spreadsheet. Here are the key features that will test your management skills:

🛠️ Addictive renovation mechanics - Clean, level walls, paint, and lay tiles. Every square metre of your empire needs attention – from dirty floors to luxurious furnishings.

🏢 Diverse spaces - Manage not only offices, but also conference rooms, corridors, and utility rooms. Each section presents new logistical challenges.

⚙️ Strategic maintenance - Keep your equipment in good working order: repair printers and service coffee machines. Respond to breakdowns and neglect before... a fire breaks out (literally!).

💰 Maximising profits and tenants - Adapt interiors to specific company requirements. Choose rental offers, maintain work standards and optimise income to maintain financial liquidity.

🕺 Tenants with character - Your tenants are colourful characters who work, dance and... make demands. From fans of high standards to minimalists who only need peace and quiet and coffee. Watch out for their after-hours parties – they leave chaos behind, but also interesting surprises.

📈 The daily battle for reputation - Earn money, make decisions in real time and keep things clean. A high reputation means better tenants, a low reputation means severe penalties and empty corridors.

[h3]NEW: Equipment Maintenance.[/h3][p]In the previous devlog, we talked about the new office residents - tenants who bring a bit of life, a bit of complaining, and a touch of classic corporate melancholy into the game.
Today we’re taking the next step. Because if people have finally shown up… the office needs proper upkeep.[/p][p]That’s why we’re introducing a set of short, satisfying minigames that let you quickly take care of whatever decides to fall apart:[/p]

• [p]unclogging the toilet,[/p]
• [p]mold-cleaning the air conditioner,[/p]
• [p]searching for a TV channel,[/p]
• [p]watering the plants.[/p]

[p]Each action is a quick, intuitive interaction that keeps the office in good shape and adds pleasant, chill moments to the gameplay.[/p][p][/p][p]
[/p][h3]NEW: Supply Management.[/h3][p]In every office there are plenty of things whose sudden disappearance can throw everything into chaos. Toilet paper always runs out at the worst possible moment, coffee can trigger absolute armageddon, and soap… well, soap simply never exists in the first place, though no one really seems to notice.[/p][p]So we're introducing a supply system, so you can be the one controlling the lack of coffee, not fate.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]Improved Trash System - Chaos No More:[/h3]

• [p]trash no longer spawns everywhere every single day,[/p]
• [p]if the player places a trash bin, garbage goes exactly where it should,[/p]
• [p]from time to time, a full bag appears - just pick it up and throw it out.[/p]

[p]Cleaner, simpler, better.[/p][p]
