To ensure that you can fully enjoy eWorlds, whether using a keyboard and mouse or any type of controller, we've worked on implementing support for all these controllers.

This ensures that regardless of your preferred gaming setup (whether it's the classic keyboard and mouse or a console controller), you'll have a smooth and enjoyable experience navigating eWorlds.



Additionally, thanks to this, Steam Deck users will also have the opportunity to dive into eWorlds directly from their console, even from the launch of our Demo at Steam Fest!

This integration expands the game's accessibility, allowing more players, including those who prefer the convenience of playing on a portable system like Steam Deck, to enjoy everything that eWorlds has to offer.

We've started adding details to eWorlds... We've debuted a new Loading and Start screen with a space-themed purple ambiance that we love, and we hope you do too!

[h3]Hello there! How was your February? We have been busy working on upgrades and updates focused on the Demo we will be showcasing on Steam Next Fest this June.


This month we will be talking about:

• Updates on our Steam Page.
  
• Online play upgrades.
  
• Map Rework and New Developments.
  
• eWorlds: “Did you know?”

We are still adding features and improving our online game system: Now your emotes will be seen by other players, so you will be able to cheer them when they complete a mission they are stuck on… Or you could mock them after you best them in battle mode 😈

On top of that, our interactive world events are shared between players! If you need help to unlock a specially hard-to-get Loop, or it’s hard for you to get across a map fast enough after pressing a button, your friends can press it for you to get the prize! This sets the ground for new Co-op puzzles and team game maps so stay tuned to our newsletter…

And, of course, eWorlds keeps growing, and so do the number of maps available to play!


Today we bring you Train Time Trial: a crazy race against time in the cars of a moving train, which you will need to beat as quickly as possible while dodging Lasers, Turrets, and Shocking Ground Tiles!



Also, check out Bomb Voyage: Face other players in this amusing level while lava keeps going up! Throw bombs to break the ground under your enemies feet while dodging the ones they send your way… Will you be the last one standing to get the trophy in each round?



Last but not least: Two levels that have cleared the sketching stage, Lost World Hub and Western Renegades.

Lost World Hub will be a slightly bigger map filled with puzzles, trade missions and portals to reach new maps and activities.
Western Renegades will be an Adventure type map where you will have to explore and platform around to clear every mission, while you dodge enemy Renegades in our new Stealth puzzles.

Did you know that eWorlds started being a game with Isometric cameras?

Before getting to work on eWorlds as we know it today, we were working on other formats, also well focused around the Social and multiplayer aspect , but with a different view of the gameplay, much more 2D-like.




It wasn’t until 2024 that we decided to turn the game around, leaving the fixed camera angle and 2D puzzles behind, and focusing on a more free and dynamic camera, adding depth with jumps and platforms.

[h2]We know that one of the things you enjoyed the most in the beta was the variety of skins we showcased. That's why we've been working on new designs that we'll introduce in the demo set to launch in June.

We're sharing some concepts and their progression into 3D models with you.[/h2]







[h2]Our big goal for eWorlds this month was to make a big optimization of the project. This is a slow process as it involves many departmental dependencies to be executed, but in the long run, it streamlines game development for everyone involved.

The intention is that this will ease the implementation of new features, beef up the game's stability, and squash any potential bugs stemming from this lack of optimization.[/h2]

GGTech Studios is a division within GGTech, focused on delivering interactive content, with a special knack for creating video games and social experiences. The team is currently working on over five projects, including eWorlds, crafting diverse content for various audiences.

[h2]Kicking off this update by sharing our incredible experience at Gamergy – one we consider an absolute blast! 🎮

It was our first time at Gamergy, and we had to make it unforgettable. We went all out, crafting a stand where everyone had their gaming space, hosting tournaments for three days, and even setting up a roulette where you could win exclusive eWorlds merch. 🎁👕👚 It was super cool!

[h2]We rolled up our sleeves and gave several eWorlds levels a fresh, upgraded vibe! 🚀

We listened to our community, implemented suggestions from the beta, and guess what? We're in turbo mode!

We're cooking up new levels and cool stuff throughout the start of 2024. So, if you thought we were already rocking it, buckle up because there's a lot more to discover! 🚀💥[/h2]





[h2]To give you more insight into eWorlds, we've crafted a space called "What You Didn't Know About eWorlds", where we'll be sharing different curiosities about the origins and essence of eWorlds.

Today, we are telling you about the very first world we brought to life – Lost World. This journey began about 8 months ago, drawing inspiration from the initial levels of classic platform games like Mario 64. You know those tutorial levels set in lush green meadows, surrounded by nature and plants? That's the vibe we were going for!

Lost World started as a huge map, evolving gradually into its final version. We gathered all the lessons learned during its development and synthesized them into a simpler, more enjoyable experience.

Following the success of this initial tutorial map, we're now crafting a final version of Lost World that offers a variety of experiences within a single map. From this map, you can explore adventurous challenges, dive into time trials, or compete against other players in battle mode – it's all happening in one epic map!
