Since last week's Development Update blog post, we have released two new Sim Update 2 (SU2) pre-release test builds to community members who have opted in to the public beta. You can read the release notes for each of these two builds at the links below:

Beta testing for Sim Update 2 continues! Earlier this week, we released another pre-release test build, 1.4.11.0, which includes improvements to performance and stability on both PC and Xbox platforms plus some other bug fixes. You can read the full release notes on our forums here.

As a friendly reminder to those participating in the beta, please be sure to vote in our forum surveys for each test build. Providing quantitative feedback in this manner helps the dev team more thoroughly evaluate your feedback between different test builds and allows us to determine if the changes are moving the sim forward in a way that is satisfying to the community.

We have just deployed a hotfix to resolve an issue affecting Steam users launching MSFS 2024 for the first time. This is a Steam-only build and will not be deployed to players on PC (MS Store) or Xbox.
