New Planet: Nova Terra

[p]Hi Crafters!

Today we are very excited to introduce a new planet to discover and terraform, as a free update.[/p][p][/p][p]
A few decades ago, Nova Terra was chosen as the destination for humanity's very first interstellar mission due to its Earth-like characteristics and promising resources. However, the mission ended in failure, and Nova Terra now stands as a reminder of the challenges of space colonization.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]You will find some remains of the past expedition, and try to understand what happened to the crew.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]
Update 0.7:[/p]
  • [p]New planet: Nova Terra[/p]
  • [p]New crafting parts: Gold Alloy, Advanced Panel[/p]
  • [p]New item: Teleportation Pod[/p]
  • [p]New item: Conveyor V4, 360 items/second[/p]
  • [p]New vehicle: Water Filtration Boat, a powerful vehicle which requires Energy Crystals for terraformation[/p]
  • [p]Updated Warehouse T2, now the building has conveyors outputs and is a bit smaller. You can dismantle your old Warehouses T2 and rebuild them to get the new ones.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some Co-op bugs, including one where consumables sometimes didn't give health/oxygen[/p]

Patch 0.61d

Hi Crafters!

Today's patch adjusts the requirements for crafting a Rock Deposit Scanner, and fixes some bugs.

Update 0.61d:
- Rock Deposit Scanner can now be crafted earlier in the game, you need to complete the first Planet Analyser terraforming goal to unlock it and you'll need some Gold ores to build it, but you no longer need Osmium alloy or Ruby.
- Fixed a bug that prevented resource usage from displaying when placing conveyors and pipes.
- It should no longer be possible to accidentaly create almost vertical conveyors.
- 0.61d: vertical max angle for conveyors increased back to around 80 degrees

Update 0.61: New items

Hi Crafters!

Today's update implements some features suggested by the community, and fixes some bugs.

Update 0.61:
- New Item: Rock Deposit Scanner: Looks for Large Rock Deposits (Basalt, Graphene...) in a 800m radius



- New item: Conveyor Sorter: Receives items from a conveyor and distributes them according to a rule you define.



- Map improvements:



-> Large Rock Deposits found with the Rock Deposit Scanner are shown on map (with new filter options)
-> All power sources are shown on map, hover over them to display the full area covered by the power networks
-> All water sources are shown on map
-> Power and Water sources that do not fully meet demand are displayed in flashing orange on the map
-> hover over Terraforming buildings icon on the map, such as the Climate Regulator, to get progress information
- Fixed misc. bugs

Update 0.6: Trains!

Hi Crafters!

Today's update introduces Trains!

Freight trains are an efficient way to transport large quantities of materials over a long distance.



Train Station can take material from a selected Freight Car, and put material in another one. You can add as many freight cars as you need on a train, and set each Train Station to work with different freight cars. This way, transporting different materials across a long distance in the same train is very easy.

You can either use single-side railways and use Buffer stop to make the train reverse direction when reaching the end, or use double-sided railways sections if you want multiple trains to work on the same track without issue.

For very long distance, use Rail Supports that will let you easily create railways across the planet: for example, you can place a Rail Support on an island, place a second Rail Support on a different island and activate it to automatically lay down a railway connecting the two Rail Supports.



Update 0.60b:
- Trains
- Warehouse T3 now has outputs in addition to the inputs
- Fixed misc. bugs
