Another polishing update

Just like the previous update (v0.4.0), this one might not necessarily bring you new features, but it contains considerably big changes to certain elements. I am trying to get this game in a good shape, so as a side note: the following updates will mainly focus on polishing and improvements.

  • Increased the detail on every car, especially the headlights.
  • The HUD is now dynamic, which will now move depending on the forces on your car.
  • Added reflections
  • Added lens flare to headlights

General game overhaul

This one doesn't necessarily introduce new features, but rather brings you a general game overhaul, or simply a polishing update.

While the UI functions basically the same; the remastered version is more appealing, easier to read, and more user friendly.

All maps have been remastered to look better and more vivid while performing better than before.

  • Smoke & dust clouds now react to lighting and shadows.
  • Performance improvements
  • Added a zoom (FOV) setting for screenshot mode
  • Various bug fixes
  • General car suspension improvements

I bring you the update no one has been waiting for; introducing the car mods!

Car specific mods are unlocked based on the distance driven on that car.

You can only select 2 mods at a time.

There are a total of 4 different mods:
  • Engine Upgrade - Increases the vehicle performance.
  • Lightweight Body - Lighter bodywork increases the acceleration.
  • Reinforced Body - Increases strength & improves the collision resistance.
  • Boost Refill - Refills the Boost & ProBoost faster.
