1. Your PC may not meet the conditions where the game can be played.

NAKWON: LAST PARADISE is available on Windows 10 22h2 and the latest update version.
First of all, we kindly ask you to update your Windows, Direct X and Graphic Driver to the newest version, and check if your PC specification meets the minimum/recommended specifications.

2. The game may not start if there is a language other than English in the installation path.You can check this by going to your
'Steam Library - NAKWON: LAST PARADISE Playtest App - Right-click - Manage - Browse local files.'.

If another language than English is included in the installation path, please delete the game file and reinstall.
If you meet all of the conditions and still cannot start the game, we kindly ask you to
Verify the Integrity of the Game Files.

※ When Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error message appears, installation of the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package is required.
3. If there is a significant time difference between the time set on your PC and the local time, you may not be able to access the game. Windows Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time > Turn on "Set time zone automatically"
Please note that, as NAKWON is in its Pre-Alpha Test stage, the game is still in development and gameplay may not be smooth due to a lack of optimization, even if the minimum/recommended specs are met.

In-game crashes may occur for the following reasons:
- Low PC Specifications
- Insufficient RAM/VRAM due to background programs
- Graphics card drivers are out of date
Please refer to the information below and try accessing the game once again.

- Connect the LAN cable directly to your computer if you are using a router.

Q. My game keeps disconnecting.[/h3]
A disconnect may occur for the following reasons:
- Low PC Specifications
- Insufficient RAM/VRAM due to background programs
- When there is a lot of noise or load on the Internet line
If you are using a wireless connection from a wired or wireless router, a wired LAN connection is recommended.
Connecting an Internet connection directly to your PC without going through a router can also be helpful.
Please check if your Graphic Card Driver is up to dated and update and compare your PC's specification with the minimum/recommended specifications supported by NAKWON.
If you are using a low-end PC, please change the game settings.

- Change GRAPHIC QUALITY to Low or Medium

During the Pre-Alpha Test period,
- This game is available on Windows 11 and some Windows 10 versions. (See below for the details)
- The game runs with the latest update versions of 22h2 or higher for Windows 10.
- The game doesn't run on MAC/Linux.

Q. I can't create Nickname.[/h3]
Nickname creation has the following rules below
- English min. 4 - max. 16 characters
- Can mix with numbers
There is an issue where only English and numbers will be displayed on the nickname creation screen.
If you type English and number after typing another language, only English and number will display and you won't be able to create a nickname.
You can solve the issue by following below troubleshooting steps:
- Settings > TIME & LANGUAGE > Region & language > Click ... on the right of your current language > Click Language Option
- Click ... on the right of Microsoft IME > Keyboard Option > Microsoft IME
- Turn on the "Use the previous version of Microsoft IME" button

Q. Matchmaking cancelled automatically.[/h3]
When attempting game matchmaking, it may automatically cancel if a certain period of time exceeds.In this case, please try matchmaking again.

Q. Extraction Failed in the middle of game and the scouting suddenly ended.[/h3]
Scouting will end after a certain period of time and Extraction will display failed.It is intentionally planned, and according to your feedback during the Pre-Alpha test, the feature may change in the future.

You may get stuck between buildings or cars while playing the game.In this case, we kindly ask you to close the game and restart.
