Railbreak Update 5 has been released with the following fixes on Steam.

• Massive performance improvements for all hardware to remove remaining stutter, reduce overhead of having many enemies on screen, remove strange slowdown when the Kunoichi is on screen, and especially remove stutter during explosions or chaotic scenes.
  
• DLSS 3.5 w/ Frame Generation is fully supported for compatible cards.
  
• Screen percentage setting now behaves correctly on all hardware.
  
• Player hair for all characters both looks better and has better performance.
  
• Bounding boxes remaining after some enemy types have died have been fixed.
  
• Minor balancing and other fixes across the game.
  
• The dinosaurs are taking a break but Korrine can still see the future. Can you find them all?
