Dear Players,

The current season of SERAPH officially concluded on April 10, 2024, and will be fully end on April 17. Following the season’s end, the Steam version will continue normal operation, but with several important feature adjustments and optimizations:

[h2]🔧 Post-Season Adjustments[/h2]

1. Steam Inventory Deactivation
   To improve data management and account security, the "Steam Inventory" feature will be officially disabled after the season ends. Items stored in the inventory will no longer be accessible or transferable.
   
2. Chaos Realm Mode Removal
   The "Chaos Realm" game mode will be shut down. Players will no longer be able to access or enter this content.
   
3. Ladder Mode Adjustments
   The "Ladder" (Seraph’s Trial) system will remain available for gameplay, but no further rewards will be distributed moving forward.
   
4. Void Abyss Mode Adjustment
   After the season ends, the "Void Abyss" mode will remain playable; however, it will no longer drop Soul Spars. Please plan your in-game resource usage accordingly.
   

[h2]🗓 Adjustment Timeline & Future Plans[/h2]
These adjustments will remain in effect **until the start of the next season**. During this time, related features and content will be restructured and improved. A brand new season is in the works and promises **richer content and an enhanced gameplay experience**—stay tuned!

[h2]💾 Data Wipe Notice for the New Season[/h2]
To ensure a fair and smooth start to the next season, a full data reset will take place before it begins.

• Data that will be retained:
  
  • Chaos Stones
    
  • Season Points
    
• Data that will be cleared: All other data, including but not limited to:
  
  • Characters and levels
    
  • Equipment and items
    
  • In-game currency
    
  • Ladder rankings
    
• Unused purchased items from the shop will also be deleted.
  ⚠️ Please make sure to use all purchased items before the reset.
  ⚠️ Items exchanged from the Destiny Shop after April 17 will not be re-send in Season 3 and will also be cleared during the data wipe. Please plan your exchange timing and resource usage carefully.
  

[h2]🛍 Purchased Item Re-send Policy[/h2]
To protect player rights, any items purchased from the in-game shop after 00:00 on April 18, 2024 will be re-send to your in-game mailbox within three days after Next Season launches. Please check your mail at that time.
⚠️ Items exchanged from the Destiny Shop after April 17 will not be re-send in Season 3 and will also be cleared during the data wipe. Please plan your exchange timing and resource usage carefully.
