Strengthen your hero and benefit from increased enchantment chances for Stigmas, Odians as well as runes and Daevanion skills in this event. Plus, fusing 3 or more Legendary or Ancient Transformation Contracts won’t result in your contract receiving a lower level!

Event timeframe: 16th November to 30th November


[h3]Stigmas[/h3]
The enchantment chances for Stigmas are slightly increased during the event. At level 9 the chance increases from 30% to 35%. At levels 10 to 12 the chance increases from 20% to 35%.


[h3]Daevanion Skills[/h3]
The enchantment chances for Daevanion skills are increased when you use different Skill Books to enchant the skills: from 20% to 30%.


[h3]Odians and Runes[/h3]
The enchantment chances for Odians and runes from level 5 are also slightly increased.


[h3]Transformations[/h3]
If you combine 3 or more Legendary or Ancient Transformation Contracts during the event, the fusion can’t fail. So the transformation can’t revert to a lower level, and you’re guaranteed at least a contract of the level Legendary or Ancient.

The chance of a fusion of only 2 Legendary or Ancient Transformation Contracts failing is decreased during this event.

All of Atreia is in an uproar as a rumour spreads like wildfire – from the bustling taverns in the cities to secluded spots in the countryside, all you hear is: AION Classic is coming!

First things first, as the Project Manager of AION Classic has a message for you:

‘Dear players, we are pleased to announce today that the highly anticipated release of AION Classic is coming to Europe in early 2023. Working with our partners at NCSoft is crucial to ensure the European version builds on the experiences of other regions, while streamlining technical aspects that will ensure a fun and smooth gaming experience for you.’


[h3]What Awaits You?[/h3]
AION Classic is a permanent server that offers to all MMORPG fans a fresh start in the world of Atreia, identical to the original version but with some additional balancing and quality-of-life improvements. The European Classic server will launch with the 2.0 update.

New and old players will be able to explore the vast and unique realm of Atreia, discover iconic dungeons and take part in the conflict between Elyos and Asmodians.



What Does AION Classic Offer?

You can look forward to PvE content up to level 55, various maps and instances such as Dark Poeta, Baranath Dredgion and more with AION Classic!

Throw yourself into battle and experience numerous PvP modes such as Rifts, Fortress Battles and much more. Take to the skies again and get ready for aerial battles in the Abyss! You can also choose different professions to craft equipment and consumables.



Who Can Play AION Classic?

The game will be accessible to everyone for free. Additionally, Siel’s Energy and Daeva Pass features will also be available, allowing you to continue using the content without restrictions and grab additional rewards.

After the release, we will of course provide regular updates in a similar way to the already-released version in Korea. Please note that we plan to adapt the rate of these updates to the needs of the EU community. This means the updates may not exactly follow the same time frame as in Korea.

Exclusive content such as the new dungeons or the recently added new classes will also be introduced in Europe with future updates for AION Classic.


[h3]When Does AION Classic Come to Europe?[/h3]
In early 2023, you will have the chance to relive the bitter cold of Morheim and the arid lands of Eltnen, as well as the vanilla feeling of thrilling PvP battles between Asmodians and Elyos!

As many of you already know, a lot of our work – along with the great support from NCSoft – is focused on building a working platform that can host the classic AION client.

We will keep you updated on all the milestones until then. The first step will be the migration of the AION live version to the new platform, for which we will continue to release content updates.

Of course, we will provide you with all the details and information as soon as we get closer to the migration, and then also as soon as we can give a more precise date for the release.

Something is stirring in Aphsaranta: mysterious predators have come from the mountains to hunt here and cause fear and terror – the frightened Shugos call them ‘Dark Tigers’. The heroic Daevas are the only ones capable of putting an end to this threat. But they need the help of Tigernerk, who can craft wondrous costumes and weapon skins from the fangs of Dark Tigers.

Get hunting and earn items like [Event] Dark Mau Egg (30 days), [Event] Dark Tiger’s Hair Jewellery, [Event] Dark Tiger’s Robe, and many more!

[h3]Hunting the Dark Tigers[/h3]
 
Talk to Tigernerk in Aphsaranta and start the three quests he has in store for you. Each quest requires killing a certain number of Dark Tigers. You can find the predators all throughout Aphsaranta – you won’t have to look for long.

 
[h3]Face the Dark Tiger Leader[/h3]
 
The Dark Tiger Leader has learned that you are hunting his fellow tigers and has vowed to destroy you. Face him and earn special rewards:

Appearance of the Dark Tiger Leader from 9th November to 23rd November
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 8 PM and 9 PM, the leader appears near the 13 Bases of Aphsaranta. He drops the following items: 1x [Event] Tame Dark Tiger (30 days), 1x [Event] Dark Tiger Weapon Box, and 6x [Event] Bundle of Lodas’ Greater Golden Star. The items are distributed by rolling the dice.

Appearance of the Dark Tiger Leaders from 23rd November to 30th November
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 8 PM and 9 PM, the leaders appear randomly at 2 locations near the 13 Bases of Aphsaranta. They drop the following items: 1x Transformation Contract: Lumiel or 1x Transformation Contract: Yustiel, and 10x Flawless Major Rune Fragment (10). The items are distributed by rolling the dice.

Log into the game from 23rd November 9:00 AM to 30th November 8:59 AM and receive the following items 1x per server!

Spend Lucky Coins on amazing event items

Luxurinerk has an amazing surprise in store for the Daevas – he’s got plenty of autumnal treats wrapped up in his Puzzle Chests.

Aside from the Puzzle Chests, Daevas can also get their hands on Mega Lucky Chests and many more exciting items.

How it works:

Collect Luxurinerk’s Lucky Coins in the shop and exchange them for event items both small and large from two NPCs. You can also get the latter if you collect enough jewels from exchanging small event items.


[h3]Getting Lucky Coins[/h3]

Lucky Coins can be purchased in the AION Shop in the following quantities:

3x/50x/100x [Rune] Luxurinerk’s Lucky Coin

You can also pick up 10 Lucky Coins for free once per account per week.


[h3]Visit the Puzzle Chest Tower[/h3]

At the Puzzle Chest Tower you’ll get a quest which requires 10 Lucky Coins. After completing the quest you’ll get 1x [Rune] Puzzle Chest and 1x [Rune] Luxurinerk’s Jewel.

The Puzzle Chest contains valuable items like the [Rune] Extreme Armour Selection Box, or the Ancient Transformation Contract (19 types).


[h3]Visit Luxurinerk[/h3]

Luxurinerk has a quest in store for 35 Jewels. After completing the quest you get a [Rune] Mega Lucky Chest. This contains especially valuable items like the +10 Extreme Equipment Box, or the Transformation Contract: Yustiel.

Each week, you can also pick up the Mega Lucky Chest three times per character for the sum of 135 Lucky Coins.

You can re-roll the contents of the Mega Lucky Chest three times for a fee of 40 Lucky Coins.

A most uneasy mood spreads across all Atreia as the Pumpkin King spreads fear and terror once again and the Daevas must prove their courage once more!

Waiting for you are daily quests, bombastic buffs, exploding pumpkins and impressive rewards like the +9 Extreme Equipment Box, the [Rune] Rune] +9 Stigma Selection Box, the Abyssal Knight and many more!

Running: 5th October to 2nd November


[h3]Daily Halloween Quests[/h3]
The two NPCs Esta and Isuta will be waiting for you in the main bases in Inggison and Gelkmaros. Pay them a visit, receive a quest, and bring them Magic Pumpkins, which you get by defeating Pumpkin Kings.

You’ll also run into Kabe, who also has a task for you as well. If you complete it, he’ll give you 2x [Rune] Basket of Transformation Candy: Halloween.


[h3]An Hour of Bombastic Buffs[/h3]
Get 100% more AP, 50% more XP and a drop rate boosted by 50% for one hour: you can get the buffs by clicking on A Nobleman’s Coffin, which appears in the main bases in Inggison and Gelkmaros. Activate your buffs as many times as you like – the only catch is that you cannot renew them when they are active.


[h3]Explode the Pumpkins[/h3]
Log in daily and you can get 5 Candy Bombs every 30 minutes. Your hero has to be level 76 and can receive max. 20 Candy Bombs per day. Additionally, you have the chance to receive Candy Bombs from defeated monsters in Lakrum and Aphsaranta every day from 6 PM to 10 PM.

Hunt the Pumpkin Kings in the instances listed and blow them up with the event bombs – it’s the only way to defeat them! Defeat an event boss and you will receive 1 Pumpkin King’s Bundle as well as 1 Magic Pumpkin.
