It’s time for the next Weekly Update! As usual, in a few points, we'll present to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀

1. GPS

We are working on improving the functionality of the GPS. We have added big indicators that will help with easier navigation on the map – it will be easy to find key points and cities in the game. It will also be easier to locate quest objectives.



2. Car Parts - Outline

We are working on adding outlines to the car parts of the car you'll be working on. This will make it easier to replace and install new parts.



3. Scrap Digging

We've improved the process of digging up scrap. Once you locate the spot with the metal detector, a red cross will appear on the ground. That's where you can start digging with a shovel.



4. Police - NPC

We've added ragdoll physics to the NPC - the police officer. Now, they react to actions like being hit with a baseball bat. And there are consequences – you'll end up in jail for it.



5. Police - Car

We're also working on improving the driving mechanics of the police car, which will patrol the restricted area.

It’s time for the next Weekly Update! As usual, in a few points, we'll present to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀

1. Stunt jump improvements

We're still working on the stunt jumps. We've already added this element to the game and are testing it in play mode. We're working on camera movement and have also added the element of the billboard crashing when you drive into it.



2. Mechanics and their workshop

We're still working on the mechanics. We've added a female mechanic and have started setting up their workshop. We already have the lift, which you may have seen in our trailer.



3. Improving the calculation of car cleanliness

We're refining the calculation of the car's cleanliness, which is especially important when using the powerwash feature. We know that in the demo, some of you reported issues with this not always calculating correctly. Now, we've ensured that the cleanliness calculation also takes into account whether any car parts are missing.



4. NPC clothing

We're improving the appearance of our NPCs' clothing because in certain situations (like when sitting), it didn't look right.

5. Player load

We've started working on the player's carry-weight mechanic. In the inventory, you can have a lot of different items, but this will also have some consequences for the player. If you carry just a few items, you'll be able to move faster. But the more you carry, the slower you'll become. You'll also be able to check the weight in the Inventory to avoid exceeding the limit.
