It’s time for the 2nd Weekly Update! As usual, in a few points, we'll present to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀

1. Bar - Exterior

Recently, we introduced you to our bar, where our game will begin, and where you will complete your first tasks. This week, we worked on what is outside the bar, which will also be an important part of the gameplay.



2. Police patrol

As you already know, you will be able to do a lot of illegal things in the game. Therefore, we need the police to maintain order. We've been working on a police patrol that drives around the city.



3. Deformations

We are working on a damage system that will improve the visual appearance of car deformations and help set the damage on various cars that can be purchased. This will make car inspection a crucial element, allowing you to decide whether it's worth buying.



3. UsedBay

Here you can see the progress in how the photos of car parts on UsedBay look now.



4. Powerwash improvements

We are adding a car plan to the powerwash - with different car parts. The red color will tell you which one is very dirty, while the green color will indicate a clean one.



5. GPS

We have started working on a GPS that will help you navigate our open world.



6. Terrain and locations

We are also continuously working on the locations and terrains in our open world. Here you can see the example - results of our work on the forest in the Trailer Park.

7. Other

We have added many sounds to the game to enhance immersion and the fun of the gameplay.

We're introducing something new - the Weekly Update! In a few points, we'll present to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀 You'll be able to see our progress in real time ːsteamhappyː


1. We have a bar where a significant part of the story will take place at the beginning of the game. We've been working on its interior.



2. We've also been working on the layout of our main city - it will feature a police station, a hospital, and various buyers and sellers. Moreover, with your help - our players - we have successfully chosen a name for this city. It will be called Saint City.



3. We've been working on an inspection feature that will help us check the condition of the car we want to buy (or steal 😉 ). Here you can see how we've improved the filling of the bars.



4. We're working on adding more NPCs (we plan to introduce a few special ones who will play significant roles 😉 ).



We're working on their skins, hair, clothes, and even their shoes 😉



5. We've also started working on a system for taking photos of car parts. You'll be able to browse these in UsedBay and choose the most interesting offers.



6. We're working on preparing the first tasks and quests in the game - we're aiming to teach you interesting mechanics right from the start while also creating an engaging storyline. 😀

7. We've also put a lot of effort into optimization.
