[p]It’s finally here — the first early version of the Prestige System!
This is just the beginning, and we’re testing how well the reset and bonus mechanics behave before expanding it with more upgrades and achievements.[/p][p]
[/p][h2]💠 Prestige (Early State)[/h2][p]You can now Prestige once to test the system and help us track down bugs or balancing issues.
Prestiging will reset your current progress but grant you permanent stat improvements.
Achievements for prestiging are already planned and will be added soon![/p][p]
[/p][h2]🐞 Bug Reports Wanted![/h2][p]As this feature touches a lot of systems (saves, quests, items, stats…), please report any issues you encounter:
• Wrong values after prestige
• Missing UI updates
• Crashes or save loading problems

[p]This week’s update is all about stability, performance, and preparing the ground for the next content push. While we’re fixing and polishing, we’re also teasing what’s next – more items, new quests, and even a peek into a brand-new project.[/p][p]
[/p][h2]🔧 Fixes & Improvements[/h2][p]• Translation errors fixed – several localization issues corrected.
Resolution handling fixed – game now properly detects screen resolution.
Data cleanup – removed unnecessary data, resulting in ~3% less CPU/RAM/GPU usage.
GPU baseline clarified – Unreal Engine requires a minimum GPU load; we’ve now optimized around this limit.
Windows 10 loading fix – main menu now always creates and loads a Savefile correctly.
Sound bug fixed – no more random audio glitches.
Quest tracking improved – progress is now updated more reliably.
Achievement sync fixes – Steam achievements now unlock instantly after claiming a quest.
Inventory notifications polished – clearer pop-ups when full.
Scratch It display fixed – tickets now always render correctly.
Casino odds correction – rounding errors in minigames fixed.
Shop discount fix – discounts now display and apply properly.
Arena status display fixed – monster health bars update in real time.

[p]This week we’re finally adding sound options to Idle Life – plus a round of bugfixes that smooth out some long-standing issues.[/p][p]
[/p][h2]🔊 New Settings[/h2][p]Two new options are now available in the Settings menu:
Notification Sound Settings – control the volume or disable quest and system notifications.
Background Sounds Settings – yes, finally! Background music has been added. It’s not the fanciest soundtrack in the world, but it’s 100% copyright free and self-made – so it’s here to stay.[/p][p]
[/p][h2]🐞 Bug Fixes[/h2][p]We’ve squashed a variety of issues this week:
• Fixed a bug where daily quests would sometimes not refresh at midnight.
• Fixed inventory tooltips overlapping on smaller resolutions.
• Fixed mining progress bars not resetting properly after switching tabs.
• Fixed scratch cards occasionally giving no reward at all.
• Fixed casino token prices not updating after daily reset.
• Fixed UI scaling issues in the shop when resizing the game window.
• Fixed achievements not triggering immediately after quest completion.
• Fixed crafting recipes showing duplicate icons in rare cases.
• Fixed arena monsters not displaying correct stats in certain fights.[/p][p]
