We've listened to your feedback on Steam and Discord, and we've found and fixed the bugs you reported.
First of all, I would like to thank you, our community and players, for being so kind and understanding, and for helping us fix the bugs. You all make this game thrive and grow, so thank you!

If you want to revert to the previous version in any case, change your branch to old_public_0.0.2.2.

Update Notes
  • 1) Added FOV settings.
  • 2) If you bought the wind turbine with a loan in the Office upgrade and it didn't arrive, the loan will be deleted and the money you paid will come back to you!
  • 3) The client skill load problem has been fixed. (If your skill points have been reset, they will come back to you unspent with the update!)
  • 4) The crash issue when placing the convex corner of the upper cabinet against walls has been fixed.
  • 5) Mission fame rewards have been fixed. (The average fame xp of the missions you have done so far will be paid to you with the update!)
  • 6) Fixed error that cause obstructing the progress of the stair placement objective on Sean's mission.
  • 7) Fixed an issue where players could not compress garbage bags in Level 2.
  • 8) The issue where purchases below the minimum loan limit triggered a loan instead of a cash purchase has been resolved.
  • 9) The issue where the loans displayed on the loan screen did not match the actual loans has been resolved.
  • 10) The issue where ambient lights did not respond to day events and turned on at night when their settings were changed has been resolved.
  • 11) Fixed the problem that "upgrade office" and "upgrade storage" interface names written as text in the task in office quest were not highlighted.
  • 12) Fixed the problem of vehicles showing as "None" in the vehicles tab under the company tab on the tablet and the error of the "Save to garage" option.
  • 13) Problem with the land property main goal progression has been fixed.
  • 14) Fixed tools clipping through walls.
  • 15) Fixed issue that some people encounter with key bindings.
  • 16) The furniture progress and finish sign on Parcel 2 have been fixed.
  • 17) The issue where the minimap overlaps with the pause menu and planner has been fixed.
  • 18) Fixed an issue that occurred while late joiner clients were playing the bus sequence.
  • 19) Fixed an issue where the design point of the current room would display incorrectly when other players changed the design point in another room.
  • 20) Fixed an issue where the stair locations would not accept stairs in some states.
  • 21) Fixed an issue where the furniture and electronic stores did not display luxury point numbers on the map description.
  • 22) Fixed an issue where the music player would sometimes play two different sounds when the back button was pressed.
  • 23) The miscalculation error in the paint wall percentage at Robert's house has been fixed.
  • 24) In the build mission, the objective won't be affected by stair placement.
  • 25) Number of decoration mission comments is now limited to 50.
  • 26) The issue with the unscrewable window in Scott's mission has been fixed.
  • 27) The issue with main goals not having values after Chapter 9 has been fixed.
  • 28) Plasterboard baseboard demolish sound VFX now works.
  • 29) The logistics timer now starts when you enter the logistics area with a vehicle.
  • 30) Compress machine level 1 can be started while player is inside.
  • 31) The issue with material selections not working in ceiling lamp customization has been fixed.

  • 33) The issue with lights not staying hidden in the office preview on the Office Upgrade Screen has been fixed.
  • 34) The issue where focus distance wasn't hidden with the "hide UI" button in photo mode has been fixed.

  • 36) Pressing the "P" key no longer closes the screen while the storage rack naming screen is active.
  • 37) Michael's logistics mission screenshot has been fixed.
  • 38) The Barber's slow camera rotation speed has been fixed.
  • 38) Fixed some localization problem with german, chinese, japanese, turkish.
  • 39) Fixed quest activation sound volume.
  • 40) Siggo Glider trunk collision has been fixed.
  • 41) Fixed an issue where the time interval settings were not loading correctly.
  • 42) A time indicator has been added to the music player.
  • 43) Fixed an issue where interacting with the end marker in Scott's house would cause a crash.

ContractVille 0.0.2.1 Hotfix

The issue with save file not loading that you experienced in the previous update has been fixed and we are very sorry for this situation, we apologize.

If you have below problems please follow the steps for solutions.

If you are having problems with input, please go to the following path and delete the input file.

[h3]Resolution Problem[/h3]

If there is a problem with resolution and you can't click buttons in the game, please try these two ways.
1) Edit the GameUserSettings in the path "%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\ContractVille\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor" like this.

2) Open up Nvidia control panel > Manage 3D Settings > Find DSR - Factors and turn this off, or if you want this setting, change it to your native res and it should be good.

  • 1. Fixed the algorithm for getting out of the car.
  • 2. Fixed issues with light switches.
  • 3. Added contract time bonus to the end of mission screen.
  • 4. Fixed an issue where you could not see the amount in paint and plaster.
  • 5. Fixed a bug when the mail screen is closed with the X button, UI didn't show up correctly when opened again.
  • 6. Fixed a bug where the "demolish the first wall" subgoal didn't get achieved.
  • 7. Fixed a bug where buying a vehicle from the gallery with a loan caused loan money to be taken immediately.
  • 8. Fixed a bug where achievement icons didn't appear when first opening the profile screen.
  • 9. Fixed a bug where the design point load wasn't accurate.
  • 10. Fixed a bug where resolution settings got reset.
  • 11. Light switches affect the design point in the room.
  • 12. Added 2 new road navigation settings including enable, disable and update rate.
  • 13. Fixed the issue for pre-update save files that have multiple wood frame spawn bugs.
  • 14. Fixed the problem of not being able to tighten screws due to incorrect collisions of the built walls.

ContractVille 0.0.2 Update

Hello, the new update is live, we are working very fast to produce solutions to your requests and problems you encounter. At the moment, we know that there is a localization error in Furniture names and we will hot fix and solve it during the day. If furniture localization will be a problem and you do not want this update, you can switch to 0.0.1 Public Branch.

Update Notes:
  • 1. The issue causing a "lowlevelFatalError" and game crashes when selecting the multiplayer option while creating a new world, along with the inability to see other sessions in the session list, has been fixed. You can now connect to the game in multiplayer mode and join sessions!
  • 2. OPTIMIZATION SETTINGS: For those experiencing low FPS, settings for ambient lighting that can affect performance have been added. If you disable this option, the city will be dark at night, but your FPS will be significantly higher.
  • 3. The resolution issue causing some players to be unable to click buttons due to the UI resolution being set to a different value has been fixed. Now, you won't experience any problems clicking buttons in the UI at the start of the game.
  • 4. Issues with keybindings have been resolved. You can now assign and use the arrow keys for driving vehicles.
  • 5. In the Office storage shelf naming UI, the issue where the interface would close with the "p" input has been fixed. The interface no longer closes with this input.
  • 6. The issue where the frames of a previous plan would appear during the interior wall framing stage when building a house, if the house had been previously replanned or another construction task had been done on the same plot, has been resolved.
  • 7. The issue causing the design point info box in the top left panel to appear while building a house, before reaching the decorating stage, has been resolved.
  • 8. The issue allowing clients to paint walls any color during construction tasks, despite some tasks requiring specific wall colors for certain rooms, has been resolved.
  • 9. The issue where walls were not being counted in the target list while the client was plastering has been resolved.
  • 10. The issue where a mission incorrectly required luxury points for the purchase objective has been resolved.
  • 11. The issue preventing the placement of wall panels at the concave intersection of two walls has been resolved.
  • 12. The issue with the boxes in the car floating in the air while loading the game has been fixed.
  • 13. We have made an improvement for the furniture that comes out of the package in the vehicle. We will test it to see if the issue persists.
  • 14. The issue of driving through streetlights with the car has been fixed.
  • 15. The issue of the vehicle fuel always being a quarter tank on load has been resolved.
  • 16. The blurred UI images in the pause menu are now clear.
  • 17. Key bindings work properly now.
  • 18. The overlapping online cargo point and recycle combiner in front of Scott's house have been fixed.
  • 19. The Design Point UI has returned to the HUD. To avoid confusion, it now includes the label "Optional" next to it.
  • 20. The bug with the "Rescue to Garage" button under the Company/Vehicles tab has been fixed. Now, you can select the office, and a ghost mesh appears in the garage at the vehicle's destination. If something obstructs the vehicle, a warning is issued. If an object is blocking, the ghost mesh turns orange.
  • 21. In the Office shelf name set UI, the issue where the "p" input would close the UI has been fixed.
  • 22. The quest sound volume has been reduced at the start for those sensitive to loud noises.
  • 23. Even if there is only one player, those whose role changes to worker on load can now revert to CEO. Additionally, in single-player mode, the role is set to CEO at the start of the game.
  • 24. If there is an unpacked item in your vehicle trunk in your save file, it will be repackaged when you load the game, allowing you to continue using the vehicle.
  • 25. You can no longer sell the logistics vehicle, you little thieves. :))

ContractVille 0.0.1.1 Update


We quickly took action based on the initial feedback from you and made some updates and improvements. Our team is working hard to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Update Notes
-On sun rise now the lights will wait until it gets bright.
-Fixed a visual bug that showed the character hovering.
-Player Name text and items amount texts now localized with culture, no more square --letter on player names.
-The lights in the mission houses will be turned on automatically at night
-With the light switch, you can now turn it on and off even when you have an item in your hand.
-To avoid confusion, there will no longer be any design point data in the HUD other than mission data, those who want to will still be able to see the design point data of the houses in the Tablet -> Mission tab.
-The vehicles' "Fuel low" warning will now warn you earlier.
-The proportion of gasoline filled with Gas Canister will now be in the correct ratio.
-To avoid confusion in the pawn shop, if the item to be sold is not placed in the sales area (outside the shop), otherwise there will be a warning text on the screen.
-Tutorial borders are now more distinct.
-Fixed the issue where the title panel would be empty if you opened the game guide when the Tutorial arrived.
-Fixed an issue where throwing an item at a vehicle would sometimes leave it in the air
-Fixed mail screen overflows and photo creep in some languages.
-Fixed a bug in the "One Brick at a time" quest where the final stage was not progressing
-To make it easier, looking at the shelves in the Hardware Store will now also open the store UI.
-Solved the problem of no indicator even though there is a paint bucket mission item.
-When the first item is taken from the store, a spawn point warning has been added.
-The main goal task "Use Recycle bin" has been edited to progress as soon as the bin is used instead of spawning a box.
-In the Sean house, a mesh blocking the entrance to the lower floor was removed.
-Removed bug that prevented placing normal stair after taking worksite stair.
-Problems with the last 3 main goal triggers have been fixed and they work now
-Since the caravan mission is 100% unfinished in some scenarios, there is now a mailbox next to the recycle next to the caravan and it can be finished from there, for those who don't finish it automatically.
-Fixed the bug where after a mail logistic task, if we don't finish the task on time, the next mail task will not come. If you are one of those who have this problem, wait for a while when you load, the logistic mail will be coming again.
