We’ve been hard at work, and thanks to your incredible feedback, we’re excited to bring you a freshly updated demo for Whirlight: No Time to Trip! 🎉 That’s right—Hector’s adventures just got a whole lot smoother, and we’ve thrown in some awesome new features, plus a brand-new location for you to explore!

🚀 Here’s what’s new:

• 🏃 Run on double-click—because sometimes even a time-traveling genius is in a hurry!
  
• 📜 Mark conversations you’ve already read—no more accidental deja vu.
  
• 🎨 Fresh new cursors for that extra bit of style.
  
• 💾 Updated saving/loading UI—so sleek, Hector might even approve!
  
• 🐞 And of course, we’ve squashed some pesky bugs.
  

⚠️ Heads-up: The new run feature works only with a new game, not with saves from the previous demo version. So, why not give it a fresh start and enjoy the latest tweaks?

First off, we will be bringing Whirlight: No Time To Trip to the Adventure Game Fan Fair!




Mark your calendars, grab your adventure hats, and buckle up for the Adventure Game Fan Fair in Tacoma from July 26th to 28th! While we can’t be there in person (we're sending our digital love from afar), we’re thrilled to announce that our spiffy new demo will be on display at the University of Washington, Tacoma. Swing by and get a sneak peek of our work in progress!

We’re on the hunt for some brave souls to dive into the mysterious, whimsical, and slightly bonkers world of Whirlight before anyone else. That’s right, we’re launching a closed beta, and we want YOU to be a part of it! Join our Discord server to toss your name in the hat for a chance to play the game before it goes public.



Our closed beta comes with a fancy-schmancy NDA (that’s a Non-Disclosure Agreement, but it sounds cooler abbreviated, right?). So, you’ll get to be all secretive and mysterious about your early access to our game. Think of it as your own little spy mission... but with fewer car chases and more bug reporting.
