After a long days' drive through the hot and dusty roads of Utah, truckers will need somewhere to take a well-deserved rest. Truck Stops are the cornerstone for any driver, providing the necessary amenities and facilities for truckers who are out on the road for the long haul.



Mainly found along interstates; each Truck Stop can usually be found with surrounding businesses, such as family-run diners, convenience stores, and even motels which make every visit unique for drivers.

As day turns to night, make sure to set your navigation to the nearest rest stop and get some shut-eye, for tomorrow a new day of trucking awaits. Sleep well, traveler.

The Voice Navigation feature introduced in the 1.35 Update for both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 has garnered a large number of positive reviews. We have also heard our community's feedback loud and clear, that they want to see more language options included.

As promised in the announcement above, today's mini-update will see the inclusion of 6 new language options (and there will be some more in the future). In the meantime, be sure to check our Steam Workshop for the huge number of GPS voice-over mods there created by our great community (ETS2, ATS). For now, we will be focusing our time on future projects and other surprises.

We are also excited to release this video interview with both voice talents behind the English versions of the feature - Skye Bennett and Doug Cockle, both of whom have had experience voicing video game characters and in many other roles. Perhaps you can learn something new about these incredibly talented and well-known voice actors.

It's time we take a closer look at our next upcoming state for American Truck Simulator, Utah. Known for its mountain ranges, state and national parks, history and culture, it is considered to be one of the greatest outdoor states in the USA.

We are excited to give you a glimpse on what Utah has to offer come this year with this gameplay footage. Please note that this state is still work in progress.

Today we have some work-in-progress screenshots of new delivery points represented by local industries. The Utah map expansion will offer many brand new and unique ones. All of those are very important as a part of the in-game economy.



Let's start with the petroleum industry - something that has always been demanded by our community for both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. In Utah, you'll be able to witness (and work for) this industry's complete circle. From building a new rigging/oil rig to transferring it for storage purposes from the mining and fracking sites. And as in reality, you'll come across potash warehouses too.



Industry support will be represented by heavy machinery service depots and both large and standard General warehouses, made in completely new ways just for Utah!



The other ones are the Country stores with the supply chain of all kinds of deliveries for local farmers, including also a fresh new feed mill, designed specifically for the Beehive state!

On July 16, 1969, at 13:32:00 UTC, The Apollo 11 Saturn V space rocket blasted off from the Kennedy Space Center, sending astronauts Commander Neil Armstrong and pilot Buzz Aldrin on an incredible mission to the moon and back.



It would take three days to travel through outer space to the moon, and even more impressive was the technology that took them there. The journey was made with a computer with 1,300 times less processing power than the average smartphone you hold in your hand today.



On July 20 at precisely 20:17pm UTC, The Apollo 11 Lunar Module Eagle landed on the surface of the Moon, as the world watched as Neil and Buzz take their first steps on the moon and spoke the famous words 'That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind".
