Let us start by thanking all of the gamers who have played and recalled Shikhondo(食魂徒) - Soul Eater for these past 7 years.

On April 18th, 2024 (Thursday), we will be releasing Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage, a new version of this game we've been working on alongside publisher CFK.

Players with Shikhondo(食魂徒) - Soul Eater in their libraries will still be able to play the game, and as a special thanks to those of you who look back on the original, those players will also be able to receive a special discount on Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage.

Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage, a vertically scrolling manic shooter game about the journey of a girl who falls into a strange new world and the Grim Reaper who meets her there, will participate in the February edition of Steam Next Fest 2024!

This demo version of Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage will include three stages of the 'Arcade' mode, featuring the story of the original game, and three stages of the new single-player 'Dual' mode. Enjoy the unique experience you'll only find in the bullet hell shoot'em up Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage!

The version of Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage to be featured at Steam Next Fest 2024 is scheduled to continually add improvements and new content with updates as the official release approaches, so player feedback will be key to the development of this game.
