Fixed a bug where the training progress would get screwy if edited via the settings screen.

Fixes a bug where the Path to Readiness training stages wouldn't show up after completing the tutorial. If you played yesterday and didn't see Path to Readiness training stages you can use the Training slider on the settings page to play them.

This update also adds various tooltips.

Update notes. June 3.

Changed the Timer description to clarify that you can continue your run after the timer reaches zero. Ignore the timer while you're getting used to the game!

Scalpel mechanic has been simplified. See description in-game.

Coin cooldown removed; you can use multiple coins in the same turn.
