----- Q & As -----
- Do you have any plans on a new mode, or bring back/remake the old?
- A: One of the biggest advantages of CSNS is the variety of modes, but there was a lack of updates for each mode. Modes other than mainstream mode, such as Zombie Z, will be taken more into consideration for future updates with the great ideas you have provided us with.
- Do you have any plans to improve the league system or competition within families etc. in the future?
- A: Since competitive content is very important in FPS games, the development team is always thinking about good competitive content. Also, the development team is also aware of the league abuse that many people are pointing out and the need to reorganize the league system. We are struggling with various ways to solve these problems, and we will showcase it to you with good updates in the near future.
- I think it is necessary to improve weapons with relatively low utility value.
- A: First of all, we plan to gradually expand the enhancement for brand weapons, and continue to release reinforced weapons afterwards and plan to complement weapons with relatively low utility value.
- AI mode needs to be expanded and improved.
- A: First, in the case of Gun Deathmatch mode, AI application is being reviewed positively as development. We aim to apply AI to various modes in addition to Gun Deathmatch mode, but currently, we are looking for ways to solve the AI's typical problems, such as the roadblocks, from various angles.
- In studio mode, the 'block making function' has only the basic function, and has many restrictions.
- A: There are features (build guns) that developers too need, such as creating large buildings at once or copying and pasting. We will actively develop related functions to shorten the time required for creation.
- I wish I could add pre-made buildings.
- A: We are constantly updating blocks to create a colorful studio map. Various ideas given by our Fans, such as structure blocks, will also be updated in the future.
- Are there any ideas of modes that users have proposed that is possible for future development?
- A: We were really surprised by all the ideas of modes you came up with than we thought you would. One of them is the [Zombie Scenario Map, which clears a powerful zombie at the boss level as a challenge]. We are also reviewing it positively and we plan to try to reflect it by referring to it when updating the zombie scenario in the future. We will also use other ideas as a valuable base for planning future mode-related updates as well. Please feel free to raise various ideas through our official website discussion board at any time.
- Can we add various background sounds and effect sounds? (Ex: “They are coming” sound)
- A: We will provide background and effect sounds that exist in normal game mode as well in studio mode.
- Do you have any plan to develop functions that can respond to unfriendly/malignant user behavior?
- A: We know that you may have had a lot of inconveniences in playing the game due to various malignant users. The development team is also aware of this problem and is investigating carefully for a countermeasure. However, we would like to hear more details about these issues. It may be a bit troublesome, but we would appreciate it if you could provide more details to our operation team.
- I wish we had more variety of Medal updates. Do you have any plans to update this in the future?
- A: Yes, we do. We are planning to release new medals related to modes or items that have been relatively lacking in updates, and further update existing medals as well.
- Is it possible to categorize browser blocks or decorations by category?
- A: Till now the blocks were interspersed, so you may have been very uncomfortable with your creation process. We think it is a necessary function for all of our creative creators, and we will develop it in the near future as fast as possible as well.
- Many users want the manufacturing system. Do you have any plans to remake or restore this? I miss the good old days of making and playing with the weapons only through gameplay.
- A: The manufacturing system, which was able to acquire unlimited weapons through a combination of designs, was not intuitive at the time, and received feedback that it was a difficult system for new/return users who lacked prior knowledge recognition. As a result, the weapon acquisition route remains only for direct sales, auctions, etc., based on the current decoder system. Unfortunately, it is difficult to recover the manufacturing system again. However, the key is understood as the provision of a path for nonpaying users to get unlimited weapons with effort, and in the future, we will solve this part where our players feel thirsty for weapons through various events that are easy for you to participate.
- The fps drop is getting worse with the launch of colorful weapons, and low-end computers are becoming difficult to play. I'm curious about the opinion of the development team regarding optimization.
- A: In order to prevent the FPS drop as much as possible, especially in the studio, the MDL exposure method was changed, but there are still engine limitations to match the height of our users. We tried to optimize by planting nxlog, but the current situation is the best.
- We hope that the inflation of weapons does not occur when new weapons are released. Weapon balance enhancement is required.
- A: In the past one year, the development team's internal standards have prevented the upward trend of balance, but there is no guarantee that weapon inflation does not occur due to factors such as sales pressure and consumer expectations.
However, in order to allow users to use various weapons in the game, we have tried to release the Zombie Z mode, which unlocks available weapons depending on the level, and parts and enhancement system updates, and the recently run 'hero/sidekick weapon return event' and '11 brand weapon series temporary enhancement event.' But it is still undeniable that we cannot easily close the gap in weapon balance between paid and non-paying users.
We will continue to struggle and seek ways to reduce this gap in the future, and first of all, we plan to expand parts and enhancement weapons and rebalance old weapons in various ways.
We would like to ask for your interest in the 'SKULL IS BACK' event that’s starting from today, June 10th, and we will set up future plans in line with the feedback from our Fans.
Lastly, in the case of new weapons, we will ensure that more skillful weapons will be released as given in the comments. We ask for your continued love.
Thank you.
