Dear Survivors,

Top 50 Event Decoders that were distributed as a compensation for the recent “medals issue” were reported as unobtainable as they have already been expired.

Regarding, the Team has investigated this problem and found that those who participated on the ‘Zombie Hero: Random Rules Event: Zombie Bounty’ and did not use the Event Decoders they received as rewards, but reconnected to the game right after the recent urgent maintenance, was found that both the Decoders from the Zombie Bounty Event and from the recent compensation expired and recollected.

* Please note that the Event Decoders will expire if you do not use them on the day of their acquisition.


We apologize for the inconvenience this bug may have brought and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding regarding in advance.

Since our last update to the game, an issue where the medals that were already acquired got lost or progress had become resetted. Regarding, we would like to quickly fix this through the ongoing urgent maintenance today and the medals are as follows:

If you’ve won medals before last November 13th or your progress is greater than 0%, we will restore them all back. However, achievement earned between November 13th and 14th will be difficult to recover. Therefore, all players who accessed after November 13th will receive a [VIP 7 Days + 5 Event Decoders].
