Here's a rundown of some of the major updates in today's patch!

    Content: Zombie Scenario Event Mode (9/7 - 9/21)
    Ability Mode is here! Zombie Ability Scenario is different from other Scenarios thus far. Go experience the power now!

    Event: Zombie Scenario Event Mode Max Level Ability Event (9/7 - 9/21)
    Go experience the new Zombie Scenario (Event Mode) and earn rewards during the event period!

    Event: Transcendence Weapon Failnaught Guaranteed Giveaway Event
    Depending on the number of Transcendence Premium Decoders and Transcendence Decoders used during the event, you could receive a Failnaught (Permanent)!

[h3]Zombie Scenario New Event Mode Guide (9/7 - 9/21)[/h3]For details, please refer to the [Zombie Ability Scenario Preview].

Ability
  • Ability: A power that inflicts special damage on monsters, apart from weapons and character skills
  • Abilities cannot inflict damage on structures.
  • You can only have 1 Ability.
  • Abilities change according to acquisition rates, but ability levels can always increase.
  • Ability Points are earned in increments of 12 levels, from player Lv. 27.
    - Max Level for Abilities is 7.
    - You can also earn EXP from Ability attacks.
Ability Types
  • Blizzard: An ice storm surrounds the player. Inflicts damage on monsters within range.
  • Meteor: A meteor falls around the player. Inflicts big damage on the enemy.
  • Energy Round: Fires a piercing Energy Round straight ahead.
  • Gaebolg: Attacking enemies leaves a mark, shortly followed by a spear of light that inflicts damage.
  • Flame: Attacks will inflict fire damage. Killing a burning enemy will damage other enemies around them.
  • Splash Ball: Shoots a sphere forward that penetrates enemies and ricochets on impact with walls.

[h3]VIP System Improvement[/h3]VIP System has been relocated to the Home screen, for easier access.

VIP System page has been improved.
  • Privileges at all ranks are now available for viewing.
  • Tooltip feature has been added to enable players to see the information of reward items.
  • Information required for Rank upgrades is now more accessible.

  • VIP Perk Enhanced: Supplied mileage increased + Zombie Scenario clear reward enhanced

    - Additional distribution of Weapon Enhancement EXP Coupon (100)

  • Available items on Transcendence Decoders updated, and rotation weapons added to VIP Weapon Pass

  • Unique Weapon Pass distributed above Platinum Rank now updated with the Unique Decoder's contents
  • Rare Weapon Pass distributed above Gold Rank now updated with the Rare Decoder's contents


[h3]Zombie Conquest (beta) Mode Update Information[/h3]For details, please refer to the [Zombie Conquest (beta) Update Preview].

Some items in the supplied weapon list per base for the Human Team will be changed.

Added 2 Zombies
  • Blotter Zombie is now available from the 2nd base.
  • Aksha Zombie is now available from the 3rd base.
Zombie Awakening Effect Change
  • Light Zombie: Previous awakening effect removed. Conceal duration and cooldown decreased, damage and range during Conceal increased, stun and knockback during Conceal decreased
  • Venom Guard: Increased range of damage inflicted on enemies nearby during Awakening
Maps added and bases changed
  • Assault and Dust maps will be added.
  • Bases will now appear in fixed locations on Town Hall and Skyscraper maps.
Safe Zone: Respawn Areas of both teams are set as Safe Zones.
  • Players located inside the safe zones do not take damage, and they can attack outward.
  • Players outside of the safe zone cannot attack inside.
  • Safe zones can only be entered by that team's members. The opposing team cannot enter the safe zone.
  • Humans can press B inside the Safe Zone to access the purchase menu.
    - If you're using supplied weapons, the weapon list will not change until you die.
    - If the base changes, players will be able to purchase weapons relevant to the next base in the safe zone.
Waiting Room Team Integration: Players will be displayed in a single list in the waiting room instead of on their teams.
  • Players will be assigned to A and B teams when the game begins. Players who join while the match is already in progress will join the team with less players. If both teams have the same number of players, they'll be placed randomly.
  • [Extra Room Settings > Separate Integrated Team] option will be added, and selecting this option will separate the A and B team members to play.

[h3]Transcendence Weapon "Failnaught" Promotion (9/7 - 10/5)[/h3]The Failnaught can drop from the Transcendence Premium Decoder and Transcendence Decoder during the event.

  • Transcendence Premium Decoder: 3%
  • Transcendence Decoder: 0.45%
Failnaught
  • Failnaught fires 250 holy arrows, automatically aiming at the closest enemies within range of the crosshairs when using the default firing mode. Hitting the same enemy with the default firing mode stacks a mark. Upon reaching 5 stacks, damage is transferred to nearby enemies and the stacks are reset. While charging up, the Hunter's Eye activates, allowing you to learn the location of nearby enemies and attack through obstacles. The default firing mode's auto-aim and stack effects, as well as the Hunter's Eye, will not be triggered in specific modes (Zombie/Human Scenario, Zombie Shelter, or Zombie Giant).

  • All unused Transcendence Premium Decoders will be removed during maintenance on 10/5 (Wed).
  • 500 mileage will be awarded in return for each Transcendence Premium Decoder removed in this manner.
  • Transcendence Decoder is always available for sale.
  • Transcendence Premium Decoder is available for sale until maintenance on 10/5 (Wed).
