[h3]Season 9: Fantasy World[/h3]In CSN:S' ninth season, fantasy world we invite you to explore a fantasy world full of adventures!
1. Season Pass Changes- Season Pass Reward Revamp
- Starting with Season 9, Season Pass rewards have been revamped.
- You'll now receive rewards for each rank of the Free Pass. For details, please refer to the reward table below.
- You can now check the remaining uses and duration of reward items from the Season Pass reward screen.
- Black Market Early Access
- Starting with Season 9, the Black Market will open early for players who reach Rank 100.
- When you reach Rank 100 on the current Season Pass, the Season Missions will terminate, and you'll get access to new missions rewarding Black Market Badges.
- You can access the Black Market from the [Mission] menu. Those who have not reached Rank 100 can only use the Black Market during the off-season.
- All Black Market Badges you've obtained will vanish when a new season begins.
2. Season Information- A 'season' is a reward system that runs for a set period of time. Complete missions and events during a Season to earn Season Badges which raise your Season Rank. You'll receive rewards based on your rank throughout the season.
3. Season Rank- Season Ranks indicate how much progress players have made participating in missions and events in the game. You'll earn various rare rewards when you increase your Season Rank. Season Rank and Season Badges are specific to their respective season.
4. Season Rewards- Rewards are immediately distributed as you achieve new ranks each season.
- If you purchase a Season Pass, you'll get the Season Pass rewards in addition to the free rewards.
- Starting with the Season 9 Pass, season rewards will no longer be limited-time items.
- Growing Weapons: When you receive a weapon's new stage (from 1-4), you will get to keep the previous stage of the weapon.
- 1. Wind Tracker: Season 9 Reward Weapon - Growing Weapon Stage 1

This rifle is enchanted with wind magic. While looking through the sniper scope, you can lock onto an enemy, then fire 2 guided wind missiles upon exiting the scope view.
- 2. Fire Tracker: Season 9 Reward Weapon - Growing Weapon Stage 2

This rifle is enchanted with fire magic. While looking through the sniper scope, you can lock onto an enemy, then fire 4 guided flame missiles when you leave sniper mode.
- 3. Lighting Tracker: Season 9 Reward Weapon - Growing Weapon Stage 3

This rifle is enchanted with lightning magic. While looking through the sniper scope, you can lock onto an enemy, then fire 6 guided lightning missiles upon exiting the scope view.

This rifle is enchanted with the magic of multiple elements. While looking through the sniper scope, you can lock onto an enemy, then fire 10 guided elemental missiles upon exiting the scope view. Press the Forward Arrow Key twice while holding down the Shift Key to change elements.

[h3]League Season 5[/h3]
1. League Season 5: The official league has reopened for Season 5.2. Changes (Compared to previous trial leagues)- As we enter the new league period, the scores required to advance to each rank are changing.
- Master: Top 100 players -> No Change
- Diamond: 2700 -> 4000
- Platinum: 1500 -> 2000
- Gold: 750 -> 1000
- Silver: 300 -> No Change
- The following previous league rewards were limited to the previous season, and will be removed. Achievement Point Box items will be added to the league rewards.
- Zombie League Nameplate/Zombie League Spray
- Items have been added to the Achievement Shop.
- 4 new nameplate items added: (Venom Sting Nameplate, Cluckin' Chicken Nameplate, (Animated) Pursuit Nameplate, and Violet Spot Nameplate)
- When handling individuals who have tied for league points, the first player to reach that point total will now take precedence. This may affect the overall rankings.
- It is no longer possible to get Zombie Scenario League Points from the following maps:
- Double Gate, Lost City, Survival: Trap, and Survival: Groundwater
- Starting with the new official league, a "rest" period will be added after each league ends, as is currently the case with seasons.
3. The League Fairness Monitoring System has been implemented- A monitoring system has been implemented that checks in real-time for behaviors deemed atypical of normal gameplay. A penalty will be applied to obtaining Points and EXP (including League Points) for repeat offenders.
- You can now view your league status under My Info.
- You can now review the score and weapon loadouts for the top 500 players in the Hall of Fame.
- League Ranks: Master > Diamond > Platinum > Gold > Silver > Bronze
- Master Rank can only be achieved through competition. You may drop down to Diamond Rank when competing within Master Rank.
- There are no player count restrictions for obtaining League Points, however you will receive greater bonuses when playing with more people.
- You cannot obtain League Points in private rooms with a password set.
- You cannot obtain League Points if abnormal activity or cheating is detected, such as:
- Inactivity and non-participation, as well as for killing or infecting inactive players.
- Abnormal activity pertaining to Studio devices or map structures.
4. Zombie League Rewards- Master: Zombie League Master Zombification + Holy Sword Divine Order (20 Days) + Kalael (20 Days) + Medea (20 Days)
- Diamond: Achievement Point Box x2 + Lightning Fury (20 Days) + Private Erica (20 Days) + Female Student Light Zombie (20 Days)
- Platinum: Achievement Point Box x1 + Psychic Harmonium (20 Days) + Nurse Venom Sting (20 Days)
- Gold: Dual Beretta Gunslinger (20 Days) + Mummy Stamper (20 Days)
- Silver: VIP Free Pass (20 Days) + Chef Heavy Zombie (20 Days)

- Notice:
- Zombie League Master Zombification: Changes the revival effect when you revive as a zombie in Zombie Mode. It is removed when the season ends or your rank drops.
- The zombification is distributed to those of Master Rank, and is removed if your rank drops or the season ends.

6. Achievement Shop: Added 4 new nameplate items as achievement products- Venom Sting Nameplate: Customizes how your name appears in the match lobby.

- Cluckin' Chicken Nameplate: Customizes how your name appears in the match lobby.

- (Animated) Pursuit Nameplate: Customizes how your name appears in the match lobby.

- Violet Spot Nameplate: Customizes how your name appears in the match lobby.

[h3]Zombie Content Update[/h3]
1. Zombie Limit option update- New limit option added: Aside from Normal Zombies, each Zombie can be used only once per round per player. If only Normal Zombies are remain as available zombies, their HP, Armor, Defense, and HP Recovery will increase.
- HP and Armor: +3000/Defense: +10%/HP Recovery: +300
- Individual zombie limit changed: Increased the max number of individual zombie limits to 4. If you set individual zombie limits, the HP, Armor, Defense, and HP Recovery of all zombies will increase in proportion to the maximum number of zombies.
- 1 limit: HP and Armor: +0/Defense: +0/HP Recovery: +0
- 2 limits: HP and Armor: +1000/Defense: +0/HP Recovery: +50
- 3 limits: HP and Armor: +2000/Defense: +3%/HP Recovery: +100
- 4 limits: HP and Armor: +3000/Defense: +5%/HP Recovery: +200
2. Zombie Karma update- Zombie Stage 2 Karma: Upon using Karma, immediately transforms into a hero zombie class and becomes invincible for 6 sec.
- Zombie Stage 3 Karma: Upon using Karma, die and then revive as human after 3 sec. Can only be used after virus detoxification. (If all zombies revive as humans, the round ends in a Human Team victory.)
3. Zombie balance update (skill update)- Normal Zombie: Damage taken during Berserk reduced from 150% → 140%
- Deimos: Shock cooldown increased from 12 sec -> 15 sec
- Metatron: Movement Speed increases by 10% while using Immortality
- Psycho: Smokescreen's damage reduction amount reduced from 75% → 65%; Smokescreen cooldown increased from 15 sec → 20 sec; duration per each Smokescreen increased from 1.5 sec → 2 sec
- Jiangshi: Invincibility duration reduced from 5 sec → 4sec; invincibility cooldown increased from 15 sec → 18 sec
- Aksha: Absorb cooldown reduced from 20 sec → 16 sec, Knockback Resistance slightly increased
- Chaser: Defense slightly increased
- Rusty Wing: Defense slightly decreased
4. Zombie Z Content- If the Zombie Limit is set to Normal Zombies only, the Adaptability mutation will not appear.
- Fixed mutation added: Adaptability will be fixed as the 26th mutation given. (If the Zombie Limit is set to Normal Zombies only, you will get a different mutation.)
- Mutation Changes
- Contact Infection: Changed so that the damage inflicted is in proportion to the max HP of the targeted human player
- Endurance: Changed the default activation rate from 1% → 1.5%
- Armored Advance: Defense increase per round - 1.5% → 1%
- Speedy Crouch: Default Movement Speed increase - 50 → 40; Movement Speed increase per round - 5 → 6
5. Lobby UI change- With the Zombie Limit change, the limit setting UI has been updated.
- The "Death>Kill Rule" option has been moved under Extra Room Settings.
- The "Remove Zombie Permanent Death" option has been moved under the room settings.
[h3]Inventory Improvement[/h3]
1. Inventory Information- You can now see information pertaining to the remaining slots in your inventory.
- The slot information displayed will not include inventory information that the player cannot manage directly, such as for PC cafe or VIP pass.
- From the inventory's model view, can now toggle the UI on/off by right-clicking the mouse icon on the top right of the model view.
- There may be instances where Default items do not take up inventory slots, depending on how they are distributed. There may also be cases where items are distributed on the system level but do not appear in the inventory. Thus, the actual number of slots available differ slightly from what is displayed.
2. Disassembly Information- When you disassemble items in the disassembly page, icons will show which inventories are affected.
- Icon information: Weapons, Parts, Craft, Classes, Costumes, and Items
- The number of items you can disassemble at once has been increased from 9 to 99.
- A filter feature that allows you to check per each inventory category will be provided on the right of Select Items for Disassembly.
- However, since there are minimum disassembly requirements, you can only change to quantities designated for each item.
- You can also batch-apply with Ctrl + drag or Ctrl + double-click.
3. Pop-Up Information- Added a feature to display icons in the Item Acquired pop-up, so that you know which inventory you need to make space in. You can see which inventory it will apply towards when your inventory is full.
[h3]Season Pass Reward Renewal[/h3]Starting from Season 9, the Season Pass rewards and distribution method have been revised!
Season Pass Reward Distribution Changes- Distribution method changed from Season Random Box -> guaranteed item (individual item)
- Distribution method changed from Grades 3-4 Parts Random Boxes -> guaranteed item (individual item) sorted in the order of high player preference
- Distribution method changed from Grade 5 Parts Random Box -> guaranteed item (individual item) sorted in the order of release date
- The Mileage Box is a fixed reward, kept the same as before.
[h2]Events[/h2]
[h3][Trial] League 4 Wrap-Up (5/20 - Permanent)[/h3]We will give league medals to players who maintain Master/Diamond ranks at the time the [Trial] Zombie League Season 4 ends.
Medals Available- Master League: Awarded upon ending the [Trial] Zombie League Season 4 in Master Rank.
- Diamond League: Awarded upon ending [Trial] Zombie League Season 4 in Diamond Rank.
[h3]League Season 5 Participation Event (5/20 - 6/2)[/h3]If you reach Silver Rank or higher during the league period, you will be eligible to win a raffle reward!
Distribution Criteria- Reward distributed via raffle between players who reached Silver Rank
- Reward distributed via raffle between players who reached Gold Rank
Rewards- Silver Rank Reward: 50,000 mileage (200 players)
- Gold Rank Reward: Transcendence Decoder x10 (100 players)
Notice- You cannot more than one raffle.
- All rewards are distributed during the maintenance on Wednesday, June 2nd.
[h3]Daily (Monday - Sunday) Login Enhanced Event (5/20 - 6/2)[/h3]You will get a reward every time you reach 10, 40, and 60 minutes of playtime each day during the event.
Rewards- 10 minutes: Event Reward Box x1

- 40 minutes: Event Reward Box x1
- 60 minutes: Event Reward Box x1
- (In Zombie Hero/Zombie Z/Zombie Evolution) score 5 zombie kills/human infections (excluding bots): Event Reward Box x1

- Time spent in Studio Mode does not count.

- Unused Event Reward Box items will be removed during maintenance on Wednesday, June 2nd.
- Event resets every day at midnight (24:00).
[h3]Weekend (Friday - Sunday) Login Enhanced Event (5/20 - 6/16)[/h3]You will receive rewards when you meet each event condition on Friday-Sunday during the event!
Conditions- Upon logging in on Friday-Sunday, you'll receive your choice of reward (claiming is limited to once a day).
- Each week, when you log in on Friday-Sunday + reach 60 minutes of playtime, it is counted as 1 milestone completed. You will receive rewards based on the total number of millstone completions every week.
- Completion count resets each week.
- Upon reaching 1 total completion for the week: Transcendence Decoder x1 + 1 of the 10 Season 9 paintable weapons (different chance to receive each weapon)
- Upon reaching 2 total completions for the week: Transcendence Decoder x1 + Dragon Knight Kyrix (3 Days)

- Upon reaching 3 total completions for the week: Transcendence Decoder x2 + High Elf Natasha (3 Days)

Reward Obtained per Condition- Upon reaching 30 minutes of login time: Season Badge x5
- Upon reaching 1 hour of login time: Season Badge x10
- Upon reaching 2 hours of login time: Season Badge x20
Notice- Mission resets every day at midnight.
- An existing event, where you would receive a total of 30 Season Badges a day at every 30 minutes of login time, is moved and run under the Daily Mission system.
- You cannot use the difficulty change item on the event mission.
[h3]Zombie Scenario Golden Zombie Kill Reward Update (5/20 - 8/11)[/h3]You will receive rewards by killing the Golden Zombie, which appears randomly when you play Zombie Scenario during the event! (Hitting the Golden Zombie once counts as killing it once.)
Reward Given per Kill- 1 Kill: AK-47 Paladin
- 2 Kills: M4A1 Dark Knight
- 3 Kills: Lycanthrope
- 5 Kills: Python Desperado
- 7 Kills: Red Dragon Cannon
- 10 Kills: AUG Guardian
Notice- You can only get credit for 3 kills per day.
- Each reward is given only once per account.
- The Golden Zombies randomly appear after playing for more than 3 minutes in rooms at regular difficulty or higher.
