  • Regarding 2 Unique Decoders: Please relaunch the game to receive this compensation. There was a technical difficulty but it is now fixed.

  • Those who still have an issue with the 'Transcendence Premium Decoder' or 'VVIP Free Pass,' please submit a CS ticket and we will assist you accordingly.

Dear CSNS Fans,

Many of you are wondering and have been reaching out to our GMs regarding recent events that have happened in CSNS. Regarding this, we would first of all like to apologize once again for any inconvenience you may have faced and truly thank and appreciate your continuous support and kind understanding throughout in advance. Through tomorrow's regular maintenance, we're bringing you the following fixes and compensations:

[h3]Bugs Scheduled for Fix & Compensations That Follow:[/h3]
  • Transcendence Premium Decoder Issue: The following Decoder will be added to the list and made available for use. All Decoders acquired through the corresponding Event will be corrected and restored.
  • VVIP Free Pass Issue: All those acquired, will be corrected, restored, and made available for use.
  • Recent Server Disconnection Issue (Approx. 9/19 1 PM CEST): All those who have attempted to login to the game during this time of issue but were unable to, will be compensated with 2 Unique Decoders each.

A regular game maintenance is scheduled for this Wednesday and will be performed at 4:00 A.M. CEST, September 23rd, 2020. During this period, all servers will be unavailable, and we anticipate the maintenance to last for approximately 4 hours, concluding at around 8:00 A.M. CEST.

  • SEA (UTC+7): 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
  • CEST: 4:00 A.M. – 8:00 A.M.
  • ET: September 22nd, 10:00 P.M. – September 23rd, 2:00 A.M.
