We've been receiving various opinions regarding the premium decoder removal policy.
Based on your feedback, we have conducted an internal review. To better align with your actual usage patterns and expectations, we plan to adjust the Transcendence Premium Decoder/Premium Class Decoder removal policy, as follows, through an update on Wednesday, December 24th.

With this adjustment, you will be able to freely use any premium decoders you hold after the promotion ends, without any separate removal process and without any time restrictions.

[h3]1. Regarding Termination of Current Premium Decoder Removal Policy[/h3]

• Effective Date
  • Effective after 12/24 (Wed) Scheduled Maintenance
• Target Item
  • Transcendence Premium Decoders/Premium Class Decoders obtained AFTER the 11/26 (Wed) maintenance and unused in your inventory until before the 12/24 (Wed) maintenance
• Changes
  
• (Previous) Unused Transcendence Premium Decoders/Premium Class Decoders would be removed after the promotion ends, and replaced with 500/50 Mileage per Decoder, respectively.
  
  • (Change) The Decoders will no longer be removed after the promotion, and can be kept and used without time restrictions as a permanent item.

[h3]2. Changes to be Made during 12/24 (Wed) Maintenance[/h3]

• Target
  • Transcendence Premium Decoders/Premium Class Decoders obtained AFTER the 11/26 (Wed) maintenance and unused in your inventory until before the 12/24 (Wed) maintenance
• Time of Change
  • During 12/24 (Wed) Scheduled Maintenance
• Changes
  • Decoders in your inventory will first be removed during the maintenance. Afterwards, the same number of Transcendence Premium Decoders/Premium Class Decoders, with no time restrictions, will be issued in their place.
    
  • The re-issued Decoders can be used permanently, without time restrictions.

[h3]3. Other Information (Information Regarding Exceptions)[/h3]

• Transcendence Premium Decoders and Premium Class Decoders obtained BEFORE the 11/26 (Wed) maintenance will not be eligible for the replacement above.
  
• Please note that those decoders will still be under the same usage/removal policy as before.
