Hey Pushers!

This patch is an important fix on a couple specific issues. We thank twitch@hahaitzmeg and her community for all the testing to help pinpoint!

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue with the CoinCatcher being destroyed during a turn.
  
• Fixed an issue with Player's CoinWrap not being assigned on !drop.
  
• Updated the coin counter position and font for better visibility.
  

We have a nice fix in this patch.

• Fixed a mid-game break on refresh tokens.
  
• Rebuilt all Twitch authentication on webserver backend.
  
• Twitch refresh tokens now stored in client save.
  
• Auto access token refresh before 1m expire and on next game load.
  
• Removed Twitch Channel and Bot Username text boxes.
  
• Generate OAuth buttons replaced with Login buttons.
  
• Twitch Bot is now completely optional, only enable if intending to use.
  
• Once logged in, user info will be shown in settings.
  

We've made it even easier to quickly login and get to the action!

• [p]Fixed write permissions on Follower/Subscriber object mesh.[/p]
• [p]Settings pages now auto-resize based on content.[/p]
• [p]Cleaned up duplicate tooltips in settings.[/p]
• [p]Fixed missing dictionary entries in the Logger.[/p]
• [p]Removed repetitive font asset warnings from logs.[/p]

[p][/p][h3]FYI[/h3][p]We don't use third-party Twitch or YouTube libraries.
