🔥 Bloodshed Update Version 1.0.14 is live!

[p][/p][p][/p][p]Greetings, Survivors![/p][p][/p][p]We've just launched another update for Bloodshed, bringing the game to version 1.0.14. It's improving the performance, includes some changes to the balancing and controls, and some general bug fixes.[/p][p][/p][p]This is the full changelog of the update:[/p][p][/p][h3]Controls[/h3]
  • [p]A Quick Turn function has been added by popular demand! You can now quickly turn by 180° by pressing D-Pad left/right on your controller, or alternatively the Z/X keys on the keyboard, or mouse buttons 4 and 5. As usual, the key bindings can be customized using the Controls Editor in the options menu.[/p]
  • [p]Turning speed factor added: You can now customize the camera's turning speed in the controls menu.[/p]
[p] [/p][h3]Balancing[/h3]
  • [p]All costs for consumables have been reduced to incentivice spending more of your hard-earned gems on these very useful items.[/p]
  • [p]Fireball has been completely rebalanced and has an additional high chance to inflict fire debuff[/p]
  • [p]Minigun now has a higher overheat reduction decrease across all weapon levels[/p]
  • [p]Pitchfork now has higher base damage and slightly less cooldown[/p]
  • [p]Machete now has increased base damage and reduced cooldown[/p]
  • [p]Increased base damage and level-scaling for Uzi[/p]
  • [p]Increased base damage and level-scaling for AK-47[/p]
  • [p]Increased base damage and level-scaling for Dual Pistol[/p]
  • [p]Increased base damage and level-scaling for Tesla Cannon[/p]
  • [p]Hives and Chameleon Creatures now drop more XP when defeated[/p]
  • [p]Strength of Smart Bomb now scales with mission progress and global enemy strength, making it more effective later in missions[/p]
[p] [/p][h3]General bug fixes[/h3]
  • [p]Fixed problematic lampposts in Stilted Skirmish where player characters could get stuck[/p]
  • [p]Fixed issues with lava in Purgatory mission: Fog color is now reset correctly after emerging from the lava and lava surface is now visible from below[/p]
[p] [/p][h3]Performance[/h3]
  • [p]Additional measures have been taken for improving the overall performance:[/p]
  • [p]All environment materials and shaders have been replaced/optimized[/p]
  • [p]Improved performance impact of Smart Bomb execution[/p]
  • [p]Fine-tuned detection ranges for all enemies[/p]
  • [p]Fine-tuned AI update intervals in order to reduce overhead of pathfinding calculations[/p]
  • [p]Capped max popcorn enemy count[/p]
  • [p]Implemented several additional improvements[/p]

Since the full launch of Bloodshed end of last week we've received an incredible amount of good and constructive feedback from you. Thank you very much for that. We really appreciate it! ❤️

Your input has led to this first update, and version 1.0.6 is now available. This is the full changelog of the update:

  • Hitpoints increased for Hydragos and its heads,
  • Debug text removed from Hydragos battle,
  • Fixed a display issue with Custom Session dropdown options,
  • Revives/Emergency Injections are now also counted for the "Use 10 Consumable Items" achievement,
  • Fixed wrong description for "That's the way I like it" achievement,
  • Fixed lighting issues in Garden of Decay,
  • Fixed mini map range in Maze mission so that all enemies and destructible objects will now be displayed correctly on the mini map,
  • Fixed damage calculation for the Pinchmaster's dash ability,
  • Fixed wrong item description in fallback-level up menu that appears when no further ability, weapon or spell can be upgraded for the current run,
  • Fixed Dual Pistol reload animation not triggering correctly,
  • Toned down side-look offset for Pinchmaster when strafing; this effect now also scales with camera leaning factor which can be set up via the Options menu,
  • Increased range for mouse sensivity from maximum of 4 to 8,
  • Fixed missing characters and offsets for all asian fonts,
  • Fixed a typo in the German language version,
  • Implemented a potential fix for an issue with displaying controller glyphs on certain hardware configurations
