Patch v1.1.4 Deadrock Redemption fixes a bug with Bart Casino Quest where the reward create did not spawn correctly with the thug that meets you outside after the handoff.

A minor patch that addresses the Deed Quest being exposed before awarded, so that player can accidently pick up floating task and get stuck in progression.
