Very simple announcement to keep our steam community up to speed- Attacks have halted, and we are going to be undergoing investigations into these bad actors and malicious attackers (butthurt cheaters).

Under laws like the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (US) and the Computer Misuse Act (UK), DDoS attacks can result in heavy fines and prison time, sometimes up to 10 years.
Similar laws apply in many countries around the world. We are actively investigating and will pursue any responsible parties through proper legal channels.
If you're running a community or affiliated server and have traffic logs from the time of the attacks, please reach out. That information could be extremely helpful in our investigation.

Good evening, Proletariats.


We've given a lot of information on our discord about the recent problems, but we'd like to address them here to our community that may not use the discord platform.

We have received no updates since then. We are going to be having a major internal meeting tonight on the subject of finding suitable solutions for our community. We're just as upset as you guys are, we do promise.

In the meantime, we would like to encourage everyone to A. Bring up your own personal community server, or B. Take some time to enjoy community servers in general!

Aneurism IV operates by community, and so do its devs. We're not dodging the problem by pushing you away to other servers whatsoever, but we know you will have a better experience in community servers opposed to the alternative intermittent issues we have been experiencing.

Thank you for playing our game. We apologize for the disruptions wholeheartedly and we know it may take some time to show that, but we are prepared to get to work and improve upon our players' experiences on Aneurism IV.

This may look like a routine update, but don’t be fooled. While we’re always working on fresh content behind the scenes, stability remains our top priority. What seems small on the surface is actually a big step forward under the hood. We hope you enjoy the improvements!

  • Steam profiles can now be opened from the players tab.

  • Increased software stability improvements.
  • Improved handwritten font for better legibility/cyrillic support.
  • Player IDs can be copied from the players tab and from bulletin board posts.

  • Improved cosmetic validation.
  • Simpler/more reliable civil ID generation based on join order (i.e.: first player will have ID #1000).
