The Boss Gangsters : Nightlife Update Notes

  • [p]Fixed an issue where gangsters and escorts would clip through cars when entering.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a problem where placing items in the trunk would cause characters to move to unintended areas.[/p]
  • [p]Overhauled the Customer System — you can now see the expected number of daily visitors from the Club Management screen.[/p]
  • [p]Updated missions, help menu, and several UI elements. Translation errors were also corrected.[/p]
  • [p]Adjusted the attack and defense power balance.[/p]
  • [p]Increased tribute location profits.[/p]

  • [p]Added Car Theft mechanic — you can now steal and sell one car per day.[/p]
  • [p]Added new NPC names for more variety.[/p]

  • [p]Reworked Club & City Points — all features can now be unlocked using a unified point system.[/p]
  • [p]Updated Staff Training System for more progression depth.[/p]
  • [p]Improved Advertising System for better player engagement.[/p]

  • [p]Updated and balanced all sound effects and volume levels.[/p]
  • [p]Improved the working behavior of bartenders, waiters, and dancers.[/p]
  • [p]Enhanced notification system — now you can see alerts while in the city, club, or car. You can right-click to dismiss them.[/p]

  • [p]You can now catch troublemakers and runners just by clicking the icon above their heads.[/p]

After the Playtest, we’ve made tons of improvements thanks to your valuable feedback.
Your comments are incredibly important to us and have directly shaped the development of The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife.[/p][p]🎯 Some of the new features and improvements:[/p]
  • [p]Added a reverse camera to the driving system.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed issues where characters could get stuck while entering, exiting, or carrying items to and from vehicles.[/p]
  • [p]Improved character control — characters now remain selected in the open world.[/p]
  • [p]Enhanced UI graphics for a clearer and more readable interface.[/p]
  • [p]In club management, all icons above interactable customers are now fully clickable.[/p]
  • [p]Rebalanced attacks, damage, and health points.[/p]
  • [p]Added an option to skip dialogues.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed and improved the Minimap and World Map.[/p]
  • [p]Added new icons to the Minimap.[/p]
  • [p]Added automatic route marking for missions.[/p]
  • [p]Reworked the character training system.[/p]
  • [p]Adjusted the Reroll (find new workers) feature in the hiring screen — now costs $1000 by default.[/p]

[p]Q1: Is The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife a tycoon game or an open-world game?
➡️ It’s both! You’ll run a detailed nightclub business (with advice from real club owners) and freely explore the open world at the press of a button ,no loading screens.[/p][p]Q2: Will all of these features be in the full game, or just Early Access?
➡️ Everything listed will be available in Early Access (launching in about a month). But don’t worry—many more features are planned for full release… including heists 👀[/p][p]Q3: Q3: How does the police system work? Is it like GTA?
➡️ Not exactly. Instead of endless shootouts, we built a bribery & corruption system. You can commit crimes freely as long as you pay the cops. Fail to do so, and you might see your club shut down or a family member sent to jail.[/p][p]Q4: Why do we drive cars directly, but control characters with the mouse?
➡️ Driving feels essential to the open-world experience (with damage, crashes, and planned car missions).
But managing multiple family members works best with mouse controls—it lets you direct your crew efficiently instead of struggling with complex character controls. In short: three gameplay styles in one game , club management, open world driving, and tactical character control.[/p][p]Q5: Will there be rival club owners?
➡️ Yes! At launch, one rival club will challenge you. Later updates will bring multiple club types (Pubs, Dance Clubs, Strip Clubs), each with its own rival family.[/p][p]Q6: What can we do with our mafia family?
➡️ Recruit capos & gangsters, attack rival businesses, and run illegal operations. Example: bribe the city hall to get hot dog stands, then secretly sell contraband through them. Your crew can protect your club, raid enemy turf, and evolve with RPG-like progression.[/p][p]Q7: Why did you choose this polygon art style?
