[ROSE’S DIAGNOSTIC] REPORT #7 COMMUNITY FIXES & MISC FIXES

GAMEPLAY UPDATE


  • Current character level decoration added for pause menu and hud
  • It should mannequin splash when you die to them in MP
  • Pause menu character level showing properly now
  • Script Popup no longer shows making players skip the whole segment


QoL UPDATE


  • Increased the brightness settings for all the loading screen images
  • Increased the general gameplay brightness
  • Ensured that all pop-ups throughout the game have the same text size, font and layout
  • UI tweaks for almost all UIs to look more consistent and standardized
  • Turned pause menu enhancement cards to be darker rather than brighter
  • When rebinding, cancelling with ESC button should immediately cancel it rather than having to hit it twice
  • Pause menu's "quit game" button renamed to "quit to main menu" to make it more clear what you're about to do
  • Moved the recording section in the hud to line up better with the radar section below it
  • Skill Secured Skills in the hud got resized to be the same as the other recording type icons


LANGUAGE UPDATE


  • Resized various text fields so it fits other languages better
  • Removed "Curse Mechanics" info since it's not that new anymore
  • Rebinding now show in all caps

TALE OF TWO DOLLS DELAYED



Due to unforeseen circumstances, our "Tale of Two Dolls" update has been delayed. The team at Creazn Studio is taking time to ensure that Dollhouse in its original state is completely tuned up to accommodate the changes included in this major update. We apologize to our community for this inconvenience. The Tale of Two Dolls update shouldn't take us much longer! We appreciate your patience while we put the final touches on our most exciting update yet.

GAMEPLAY UPDATE


  • New heuristic code added to tutorial hoping to catch cases where mannequin sometimes cannot be analyzed


QoL UPDATE


  • Death Screen layout updated to be more compact
  • Changed the behaviour of the enhancement cards in pause menu so it's slightly cleaner
  • Increased the font size of the resources in HUD to make it more readable
  • Increased the font size of the recording counts in HUD to make it more readable
  • Increased the font size of the bottom, top and left side messages in HUD to make it more readable
  • Increased the font size of the objective in HUD to make it more readable
  • Changed font of a review screen text to be more readable


CUTSCENE UPDATE


  • A Lot of Cutscene timing and vfx updates to make it look better


LANGUAGE UPDATE


  • Added updated language support for the Curses Update

GAMEPLAY UPDATE


  • Ensure gears SFX in Found Rooms are paused during SP pausing


FINAL LEVEL UPDATE


  • It does not spawn pickups near The Master Key in Final Level
  • Updated the order of the Final Level objective to display after the radio clips are done playing after exiting the Final Cutting Room


QoL UPDATE


  • Updated some icons to look more consistent with the rest of the game’s design
  • Updated HUD repairing text so it's all capped for better legibility
  • Tweaked upper left section for the Script Editor, Pause Menu and Picture Editor so they look similar


EVIDENCE UPDATE


  • Restructured which evidence will be given depending on the number of the analysis
  • Minor edits to the page layout to be cleaner


SCRIPT EDITOR UPDATE


  • Made it so the Select hotkey in the Script Editor is updated in real-time depending on what happens if players hit the focused button


PAUSE MENU


  • Added Curses to the Pause Menu
  • Moved Enhancement Cards from the Items and Stations page to the Loadout Page, so it's more interactive
  • Revamped the Loadout Page to make space for The Enhancement Cards
  • Abilities from Skill Secure Memories are added to the Loadout Page


CUTSCENE UPDATE


  • Slower fade in for title card in the opening sequence to make it more thematic
