Counter-Strike creator support & more!

When I showed my old friend Minh “Gooseman” Le (Counter-Strike creator) my new project based on Call of Duty Rio, he simply sent it to me immediately without even asking for all his 45 Asset Packs so I could use them in Commando Rio. Amazing, right? Thanks a lot, my friend!



In addition to him, I was also lucky enough to close great partnerships with Lemniscate VFX from Poland, who provided me with cinematic-quality favela assets, as well as the Brazilian Iron Edge Arsenal, who is providing the first weapons for the game.



Since I don’t just want to release “another game” and I’m very concerned about quality, this help is being fundamental at this early stage of development. It also shows their trust in the quality of the project, which gives me more confidence and enthusiasm, attesting that I’m on the right track.

Preview of Comando Rio's first weapons as a result of an important partnership with IRON EDGE ARSENAL, a top Brazilian weapons studio that will supply several weapons that will be used in the game.

Teaser and More Screenshots

After the First Wave of financing we began to reap the rewards of the little that came in and transform it into something incredible. All Screenshots and the new Teaser are great! I can't even believe they turned out so amazing! They FAR exceeded what I expected, and I hope they also exceeded your expectations.

The Steam page has been updated with the new Teaser and several Screenshots.

The work doesn't stop and has evolved a lot every week. We are in the final steps of blocking the first map and testing gameplay. We are also going to start working with the BOPE Soldiers to start using them in future tests.

Everyone who participated in the funding waves is having access to videos and constant updates of the entire development, and it is thanks to them that we are reaching such a high level in this project.

Thank you very much again to everyone who is by my side in yet another project that is very out of the ordinary, as well as everyone who has supported me over these almost 40 years.

And for those of you who still have no idea what this game is about or the success of Call of Duty Rio, I strongly suggest you watch the film Tropa de Elite (Elite Squad) and you will understand.

Fruits of the First Wave

We reached the end of Wave 01 to help me finance Comando Rio. 100% were Call of Duty Rio players, which was already expected, but we had 4 supporters from outside Brazil, 3 from Portugal and 1 from USA. It was a pleasant surprise!



Thank you all for the support! Wave 02 (still restricted to the website) is now active! Come and participate in all the development, testing and playing BEFORE everyone else! Soon will be also available at Kickstarter as soon as I have more content to show.

These are two Screenshots made with Assets purchased today with backers' money. This goes beyond helping with the graphic quality of Comando Rio, it will also greatly speed up the development of the maps, in addition to of course making the environment more and more real as never before when portraying my beloved and chaotic city.
