Active work on the game continues. We're meticulously polishing the locations, scattering resources around, and making the angry zombies even angrier. Since they're so hostile (and some are terrifyingly huge), we think it's only fair to give players a massive arsenal for self-defense.
Besides the main star of the show - the big yellow school bus - survivors will have access to a wide array of weapons and tools to fend off the zombie horde.
[h3]Fighting with Anything and Everything[/h3]
The player will step into the shoes of an island survivor. An ordinary person who ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. They didn't happen to have an arsenal of three machine guns and two shotguns on them, so they'll have to make do with whatever they can find and craft. Anything goes - even road signs, sticks, and old pipes. You'll use whatever you can get your hands on, because fists just won't cut it:
And you can supplement classic heavy tools, like sledgehammers and wrenches, with weapons of your own making. Reinforced boxing gloves, homemade spears, and a lot more... never underestimate the power of a boot on a stick!
[h3]Armed to the Teeth[/h3]
The island is swarming with zombies. Honestly, there are too many. Constantly fighting in melee combat would be tough. Fortunately, survivors will find a weapon for every occasion on the island.
It won't be hard to find immortal classics - pistols, shotguns, and rifles pair perfectly with grenade launchers:
There's also room for creativity here - we've added six weapon prototypes, each one crazier than the last. But there's a catch: our team is struggling to come up with names for them. Maybe you can help? The best suggestions will make it into the game!
