Little improvements on form balancing latest patch

Fix:
Number of titles won by players were inconsistent

From now on, a manager will have less difficulty getting a player back into a great form. In particular, peak form training program will be much more effective. Match results are still the best opportunity to improve your player's form, but beware: a big, unexpected defeat could cause it to drop drastically!
