Fixed when you sleep screamers wouldn't come off if you had them disabled
Fixed when you disable screamers and you've already stepped on action triggers they don't turn off.

UPDATE #5 [PATCH 1]

Fixed When you sleep in career mode for 1-3 seconds and there is an hour left, you are caught infinitely in 0 seconds.
Fixed the ramp blocking the passage of the caravan on the house map
Fixed when you disable the scares the scare appears in the caravan
