As a result of the unintended refunds processed through Steam and the
consequent difficulties, we will be extending various events and Nyankoropon.

To that end, events which were scheduled to end on 1/24/2022 JST
will be extended until the maintenance on 2/14/2022 JST.

The deletion deadline for a number of items and events will also be extended.

Greetings from the Onigiri Service Team.

Below are the details concerning the unintentional refunds currently being processed through the Steam version of Onigiri.

Unintentional refunds were processed to the Steam Wallet of some players between the end of 2021 and Tuesday, January 11, 2022 JST. An identical amount of paid OC was deducted from the in-game wallets of the associated characters, consequently.
At that time, if the in-game currency amount was less than the amount unintentionally deducted as a result of the error refund, the in-game currency balance became negative.

The above can be resolved by purchasing again the amount that was refunded to the Steam Wallet.
※Please be certain to purchase from the same Steam Wallet to which the refund was processed.
※A Steam wallet to which the refund has been made is also acceptable for making this purchase.
※There are no penalties for using the Steam Wallet involved in this refund error.

As a result of these errors, we will extend the holiday events and Nyankoropon for the convenience of our players.
Further details will be announced as decided.
