Regarding Compensation for the Database Issue

Thank you for your patience during the emergency maintenance from 10/15/2025 10:30 (JST), which temporarily made the game inaccessible.
We are pleased to announce that the maintenance was completed on 10/17/2025 at 20:00 (JST).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

[h2]Details and Compensation[/h2]

A database issue occurred on 10/11/2025 at 1:26 (JST), which caused character data to not save properly.
Maintenance was carried out over the following days to resolve the issue.

 2025/10/11 01:26:Database issue occured
 2025/10/14 12:30 :First emergency maintenance begins
 2025/10/14 19:16 :First emergency maintenance ends
 2025/10/15 01:05 :Database issue occurs again
 2025/10/15 10:30 :Second emergency maintenance begins
 2025/10/17 20:30 :Second emergency maintenance ends

〇Fix 1:Rollback Implemented
The database has been restored and rolled back to the state as of the 10/9/2025 (JST) maintenance.
As a result, the following play data has been reverted: rewards from monster defeats, Nyankoropon results, used items, character levels, equipment status, received presents, and other in-game progress.

〇Fix 2: Shopping Plaza Temporary Closure
We can confirm that, due to the rollback, some actions may cause the game to become unstable.
To address this, the Shopping Plaza will be temporarily closed.
The Shopping Plaza is expected to reopen after the maintenance on 10/21/2025 (JST).

〇Follow-up: Suspension of Data Deletion
The scheduled deletion of a portion of inactive account data has been suspended.

The following compensation not listed above is also scheduled.

■Restoration of Bazaar OC
Bazaar OC (OC collected as sales from the Bazaar) amounts are unaffected by the rollback and will be restored during the maintenance.

■Bazaar Stall Sales Deduction
If coins were collected as sales from Bazaar Stalls between the maintenance on 10/9/2025 (JST) and 10/14/2025 10:30 (JST), the collected OC (Bazaar Coins) will not be rolled back.
However, the Bazaar's sales and sold items will be rolled back to their state before collection.
As a result, the affected characters may hold more coins than they should.
To address this, the coins collected from the Bazaar during this period may be deducted.

Regarding the ongoing emergency maintenance, the scheduled completion date and time are set for 10/17/2025 JST.

Regarding the emergency maintenance being conducted from 10:30 on 10/15/2025 JST, restoration work is expected to be completed on or after 10/16/2025 JST.

As part of the restoration, we plan to roll back the database again to the state as of the maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST during this emergency maintenance.
We will also delete certain data for accounts that have not logged in for an extended period.

[COMPLETE]10/14 Temporary Maintenance

We would like to inform you that this maintenance was completed as of 3:16 am 10/14, 2025(PDT).

From around 10/11/2025 1:26(JST), an issue occurred in the database, causing data not to be saved properly.
As a countermeasure to this issue, we have performed a Temporary Maintenance.

During this maintenance, the database was rolled back to the state as of the maintenance on 10/9/2025(JST).
Player data including items obtained from monster drops or clear rewards, items obtained or consumed through Nyankoropon, as well as level, equipment state, and present-box receipts, were largely affected. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.


■ Regarding certain in-game currencies such as paid OC
The following items are not affected by the rollback; we will tally the data and send the amount of consumed OC during an upcoming maintenance.
・Paid OC balance changes
・Sales proceeds from Bazaar (Bazzar OC) balance changes

■ Regarding Nyankoropon compensation
Consumed gacha tickets and obtained items have been reverted to their state as of the maintenance on 10/9/2025(JST).
In future maintenance, we will return paid coins that were not rolled back, and send compensation items such as Limited Gacha Tickets to players who played Nyankoropons.

■ Regarding event periods
We are currently considering extending the ongoing event periods.
Details about the extension will be announced once they are finalized.

Other compensations will be announced separately at a later date.
