  • Added new limited-time challenge events with designated campaigns and war pacts. Complete challenges to earn rewards, higher difficulty will have better rewards!

  • Adjusted the troop default action points to 2200 each turn, and will no longer be affected by soldier movement points. Action point-related content adjustments:
    - Adjusted the effect of Hero talent [Pathfinding Master]
    - Adjusted hero skills "Logistics", abilities "Pathfinding", "Advance Victory"
    - Adjusted the effects of talent "Coordinated March", "Concentrated Spring", "Lone Walk", "Road March"
    - Adjusted the effects of Event cards "Transport Route", and "Marching Route"

  • Allowed to upgrade "Training Ground" and downgraded its town-level requirement for construction
  • Adjusted town-level requirements for "Portal", and "Assemble Area" construction

  • Adjusted the effects of 64 equipment, easier enhance the hero's Strength, Vitality, Intelligence, and Spirit
  • Adjusted buying and selling prices of some equipment in "Treasure Store" and "Black Market"

[h3]Combat[/h3]
  • Optimized the rules of invisible units. Now they will no longer be moved to others positions, except summoning on volcanoes or stone walls

  • Added "Campaign Info" for Normal campaigns and online campaigns to check the Faction rankings, campaign details, etc.
  • Added BOT's behaviors of using some Alignment-limited buildings
  • Optimized the combat rewards calculation, loss statistics will include summoned unit losses

'Pennon and Battle' Autumn Sale is Coming

It's time to embark on a new journey in Ruachland! "Pennon and Battle" will participate in Steam's Autumn Sale from November 27th to December 4th, Pacific Time. During the Autumn Sale, we offer a 10% discount on the "Pennon and Battle" game base and the Enjoy Mode Expansion Pack.

If you have already purchased "Pennon and Battle," we sincerely thank you for your support! The game supports multiplayer mode and will launch limited-time challenge events soon. Whether cooperate with your friend or compete with someone, you can experience unique fun in Ruachland!

In the past month, we received feedback from several Lords about the purchase method of the Enjoy Mode, so we plan to change the "Enjoy Mode Expansion Pack" in-game purchase to DLC purchase in the future. And we still need more time for adjustment and modification. So during this Autumn Sale, the Enjoy Mode will still need to be purchased in-game. Additionally, we have made various optimizations and adjustments to the game based on feedback and added many new contents, briefly introduced below:

Game Modes:
Added new Challenge Campaign Mode: [Normal] and [Nightmare] difficulty levels. Lord can choose various restrictions to challenge the enemy's alliances.
Opened [Bloody Moonlit] Chapter 4 :[Return to Nature] for the test. You will continue to play as the Elf Prince Serlin and embark on a new adventure in the Elven Empire Story Campaign!

Spells:
Added two new spell series, [Darkness Spells] and [Light Spells], each with 14 spells, including adventure spells and combat spells from levels 1 to 5. Increased corresponding spell book treasures and hero spell mastery, and improved some soldier spell effects.

Town Buildings:
Added 4 unique buildings for each Alignment, now each Alignment has 6 unique buildings. Some buildings will randomly appear in various towns, bringing different challenges and chances to each battle. Each town can upgrade barracks up to level 3, allowing you to recruit more soldiers! Also, we have fixed some unique buildings for each Alignment to ensure that the unique style of the Alignment persists in random gameplay.

Soldiers:
Added new third soldier upgrade route for the Barbarian Tribes, Elven Empire, Sacred Oath Alliance, and Eternight Council Alignments, several neutral soldiers! Each new soldier has different effects or gameplay, and you can freely choose and combine them in battles. Some 3D models of new soldiers are still in production, and some temporary resources are used for soldier models in the game, which will be replaced in the future.

New Player Guide:
Added a guidebook in the game to help new lords get started m. You can learn about the game on the [Settings] > [Game Instructions] page.
We have also improved the game's intelligence station function. Now it not only adds information about the special soldiers but also records spells, treasures, and skills obtained in battles, making it more convenient for lords to check at any time!

Advanced Strategy:
Soldiers and War Machinery with AoE DMG types can attack the empty tiles now. Lords can select empty tiles as targets, and use AoE DMG to deal splash DMG to enemies more flexibly.
The attack method of ranged units can be manually switched between Melee Attack or Ranged Attack now. It can make Lords flexibly adjust tactics according to changes in the battle situation, and bring a better strategic experience.

  • Pressing the Ctrl key would allow AoE DMG-type soldiers and War Machinery to select an empty tile as the target
  • Optimized command features before the battle started, allowing the "Undo" feature for Emergency Deployment, Backup Transfer, Lurking, etc.
  • Added corresponding combat AI for some soldiers

[h3]Other Optimizations[/h3]
  • Allowed the campaign BOT to use some Alignment-limited buildings.
  • Added Alignment colors display for Fortresses, Shipyards, and Mines on the mini-map
  • Continued to optimize and improve the display and interaction operations of the interface.

  • Fixed several issues where saves could not be improperly loaded.
  • Fixed several issues reported by players and other known problems.
